Only issue is the patrol guy at night will park his car and leaves his headlights on. They are blinding and when driving down (old Price road towards Intel) it looks like a car is on the wrong side of the road coming right at you.

Used while selling my Airstream. Great communication with management and they found a new tenant quick enough to save me the 30 days notice/rent. If I ever have another trailer, I’ll pursue this location again.
