Only issue is the patrol guy at night will park his car and leaves his headlights on. They are blinding and when driving down (old Price road towards Intel) it looks like a car is on the wrong side of the road coming right at you.

Used while selling my Airstream. Great communication with management and they found a new tenant quick enough to save me the 30 days notice/rent. If I ever have another trailer, I’ll pursue this location again.

Inquired about a space and 1 was available. However, we questioned about their vehicle burglary rate within the past 6 months. The Asian lady became very defensive and admitted that they have had several thefts of catalytic converters recently, but tried to redirect the conversation stating that others have had the same problem. This facility has very low walls and no razor wire or any protections for the vehicle, just a piece of dirt. Was told they have a few camera's and theft of any property in their facility is the responsibility of the owner, not the facility. I would not recommend anyone park their vehicle at this location. It is a haven for thieves and has no security. Good luck if you do.
