I’ve loved shopping at JJill’s for years, but this is the most unwelcoming and discouraging location I have encountered. I have returned because location is convenient, but I am done with their rude and uncaring staff.

Very helpful staff and the clothes were on sale, they had many things we were looking for in the colors we wanted. Great experience.
