“I've been shopping at DXL for years and have visited several locations around the Valley. Until now, the Peoria store had been my favorite simply because the customer service was consistently outstanding.
I'd only been to the Chandler location twice before this weekend. The first visit was just to pick up an online order, so it was an in-and-out affair. The second time I came in to shop, the store was mostly empty... and somehow I managed to leave without anyone ever offering to help. Not exactly the experience I'd hoped for.
On a whim, I decided to give Chandler one more shot, and I'm genuinely glad I did.
Leon completely changed my impression of the store. She was patient, listened to my story, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. It was the same caliber of service I've come to expect from DXL at its best, but somehow it felt even more personal.
The funny part? I walked in planning to buy a few things and walked out with considerably more than I'd intended. Even funnier: I didn't have a single moment of buyer's remorse the next day.
I'm in the middle of a major weight-loss journey, and once I settle into my maintenance weight, I already know where I'll be rebuilding my wardrobe. I'll be coming back to the Chandler store, and I'll be looking for Leon.

“I think Merrell shoes have improved for what I need. The arch support has always been good and they seem more cushioned now for comfort and they offer buy one get one half off at this store. I bought two different pairs of sandals and I'm very happy!”

“Wait... what!!! Who knew that this area was there and there's tons of deals back here if you're in the need of a last min item. Although, I wasn't there shopping persay, it was nice to see the items offered here! I have been searching for pjs forever... just plain Jane ones and found some here for a reasonable price. This area in the store is a must return to, area for Christmas gifts, as well as, for all last min invites to dinner parties or for even bday gifts. They must be short of employees because, I only seen 1 who followed humans around to make sure that they weren't stealing. There's plenty of parking! I don't think that you would notice this area, unless, you are told about it or stumble across it as I did! There's plenty of parking onsite!!!”

The most popular World Cup soccer jersey ever was selling out quickly. I ordered it online and chose in-store pickup because Mexico was playing soon, and shipping would have taken longer. I went to the store expecting it to be ready the next day, as Adidas told me. However, it wasn’t.
Bryan handled the situation expertly, collecting my contact details and keeping me informed via email until my order was ready. Super friendly, understanding, and helpful beyond belief. This is customer service, my friends.”

I used to work at Banana Republic Factory in the outlets and whenever I went on break, I would pop into the store just to check out what was new and there were always some good finds (to my liking). I recently visited again and met two great employees (DeAnna and Josh) and they were amazing!
