My friend swears by Nordstrom rack is the place that she loves to buy her shoes. So I went online because I am online shopper and bought a pair of shoes. I didn’t Sign up for an account I just use Apple Pay that was a mistake because I did not get a receipt.
So it was a real struggle when I returned the shoes which were of cheap quality and extremely uncomfortable. They could not find my account. Abraham acted like I had a disability. Thank goodness is a nice customer service rep took the time to explain things to me because I was about to lose my temper on the dude. I paid $47.93 for my shoes. The return Only gave me $37.98. They said that shipping was not refundable. Why I didn’t go to DSW place, was my mistake and it will never happen again. If you’re an online shopper, don’t buy from them.

The 5% discount for having a Nordstrom card did not auto apply. Went back in to get it figured out and all they could do was call customer service which put us on hold for over half an hour and did not resolve the issue.

Needed to find four matching golf polo shirts for a Kentucky derby themed golf tournament for Mentor Kids. Looked at several stores and was about to give up when I thought about the Rack.
Found them at a great price at Nordstrom Rack and we won the best dressed team. I also like the shoe selection. Good prices on higher quality shoes

I would never come back to this store I bought a pair of shoes last night and today I came back to return the shoes they told me that is not acceptable my return!!!! basically they are lying when they are saying they have 30 days return policey!!!
