I'm starting this by saying that the customer service was fantastic and has nothing to do with why we won't stay at one again and I'm a customer service critic. Don't be in a customer service position if you don't want to provide a great experience for your customer! The main reason we won't stay at one again is because the king bed was way too hard for our liking. We both live with conditions that causes severe pain so we need softer beds. These definitely are not that. This bed caused my hips to start hurting within 30mins of laying on my side. I actually slept on the hideaway bed bc it was softer which btw was the best one I've ever slept on! No ridiculous bar in your back all not and it was long enough. I'm 6' and my feet didn't touch the end. I still had a couple more inches left. I could have had another 6" if needed by removing the pillows at the head of the bed so kudos for that! More hotels need to follow suit if they haven't already!2nd reason is bc of the room setup. It is all wrong and doesn't accommodate to people with disabilities and people with neck problems in particular. My husband has Ankylosis Spondylitis, a condition that fuses your vertebrae together so having to constantly look to the right when you want to lay in bed creates a lot of pain and actually caused my husband to get a migraine. The TV should be placed across from the bed, parallel walls not perpendicular.3rd reason is bc the of noise. You could hear everything from the halls and up above us. Whomever it was decided they needed to get their steps in.. 7 stomping paces one way, turnaround, 7 stomping paces back over and over and over, for 3 solid hours actually. That's when we decided to call the front desk who called the customer to tell them to stop. Sadly they had to do it twice. The location is fantastic tho! Any kind of crave you have can be satisfied which is wonderful when you can't make up your mind or have the munchies! We landed on burgers from Longhorn Steakhouse and dessert from Cheesecake Factory. All in all, it was fine for an overnight stay for us. If we weren't all medically messed up, I'm sure the beds would have been fine. I've actually slept on harder. I'm also sure that the room would be acceptable for someone who isn't noise sensitive and doesn't suffer from insomnia.Rooms: See above reviewFood & drinks: Anything and everything is around this hotel!

The staff was fantastic. But, the rooms were horrible. The mattress was hard as all get out. The room was just set up wrong. You could not relax in bed and comfortably watch TV because it was on a wall 90°s to the right. The bed and sofa should have been flipped. The ceiling was very vaulted and it made a base effect every time people in the room above us walked. Idk if the guy upstairs was practicing a speech or working off nervous energy but they did NOT stop walking for hours on end 7 steps from one side of the room. 7 steps back. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Over and over non stop. The entire experience made for a miserable night. Other than the exceedingly polite staff I don't know why we would go back.

Worst place I have ever stayed. The air conditioner was sooo loud and kept us upSo we had to turn it off. It was like 1950’ unit. The windows were gross. Paper thin walls and heard everything in hall. Drag racing going on outside all night. They even charged 5$ to park in their own parking lot. Don’t like being nickeled and dimed when u check in.

We live in the area and did a 2 day staycation at the Sonesta in Chandler. The service was great, the place and our rooms were clean, the staff went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday very special. They offered us late check out for a nominal cost so we got to stay until 4:00pm. It was nice, very close to a lot of eatery. Rooms were the perfect size for family of 2 with kiddos. We had a little sliding door and patio right to the pool entrance, they have pool towels for you too! Overall, we give this 5/5 because we had such a great experience with the hotel and great down to earth with the friendly staff! We will def stay here again! The main lobby was also very nice, and the lady at the cafe was sweet to us!Our lamp wasn’t working, they replaced it immediately, the hotel jazzcuzzi was out and that was beyond everyone control. When I did ask they did well with accommodating us for this minor inconvenience. Lastly, if you want to have room service make sure you request it, somehow we missed this part and it wasn’t a big deal for us because we enjoyed it!Rooms: Very clean, well maintained and new furniture, big TVNearby activities: Lots of food

As an other review I get to my first floor room and realized it had a sliding door accessible from the outside. The 2 dude on reception are more interested to play on their phone with the shoes on an other chair then work. He try to sale me an other room more expensive because they don’t found my reservation….

Paying a lot of money for the room and they do not come in and make the beds or empty the trash. Below par for what I expect in hotel service!

My family took a quick trip the first part of August (I have been wanting to leave a review about the staff, but have not had the time) Anything that could go wrong on the trip did! We got to the hotel and some unexpected charges were given, we booked through a 3rd party so it did not mention that. Said free contential breakfast, you are charged for parking etc. Again, booked through a 3rd party so not hotels fault. Had to change rooms because our key was stubborn and just would not work, woke up to a flat tire, so many things on this vacation that could go wrong that my husband and I just started laughing at the next blooper. Anyways, some incidents were stressful and the staff were so accommodating and helping us find tire shops, recommendations where to go for things. Checking on us etc. They went completely out of their way to help and make the vacation less stressful! Especially one of the maids or she was a Star Bucks barista and a maintenance guy! Sweetest people ever! Everyone of the staff here were so nice! My family and I totally appreciate all of them that we're there on our stay! A big thank you to all the staff from my family!
