My stay at this hotel has been incredibly disappointing and far from the relaxing getaway my husband and I had hoped for. On the very first morning, we were abruptly woken up by loud construction noise starting as early as 7:30 AM. To make matters worse, our room is beautiful but the windows are completely covered with 3M construction paper, blocking any natural light and leaving us feeling closed in with no view at all. Almost the entire side of the building we're on is under reconstruction—something we were never informed about when booking. The pool is also closed due to the construction, removing one of the key amenities we were looking forward to using. Had I known the hotel would be in this state, I never would have booked it. I tried talking to front desk about at least moving our room but they said nothing could be done. Honestly, I could have had a more enjoyable and restful time at home. And now, I’m stuck here for five nights.Highly disappointed.

I stayed at this location while visiting for work. The work location is almost 45 minutes south of this place. I visited in September 2025 and there is renovation going on at the hotel. The breakfast area and the main lobby is under construction. Breakfast is served in the conference room. The room was clean. I would suggest the breakfast time to start at 6:00 a.m. instead of 6:30 a.m..

Customer service here was the best customer service I had at a hotel. I rented the room the day before my wedding so we would be close to venue and have a big enough space to do hair and make up. The rooms were beautiful very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. We checked in with Addison and she was absolutely amazing very friendly, kind and professional. Should could tell she genuinely cared about the hotels customers. We will Definitely will be returning for many staycations.

Nice clean place, comfortable bed, good sized room, liked the breakfast buffet. The soundproofing isn't great though, I could hear loud snoring from the room next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, Great location, personnel are excellent. I stayed here when the AC in my house went on the blink. Room was spacious, included a small kitchen. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel.

Oh my God we are here now and can't wait to leave. Do not believe the pictures on the website. The table in the living area looks like they bought it at a garage sale for a buck. One of the chairs needs to be trashed. The bed on one of the rooms is about to collapse. My husband talked to the general manager and he asked if we wanted a different room. He came to the room and I said yes. He called the lobby and said we did we did want a nicer room and he was told they were sold out. He out well the parking lot is empty. Who the hell is the owner of this place? We paid 372 for this suite and it's not worth it. I bet Motel 6 is better than this place. We will never be back and I suggest you do not stay here.

The rooms are comfortable, they have a kitchenette, a bar, a small living room with a TV, a bedroom with a quinsait bed or two double beds, with a TV in the bedroom, a closet, chest of drawers to accommodate your luggage if your stay is going to be long, they have everything you need. They call happy hour in the lobby room, they give you wine or beer with a snack from Monday to Wednesday!! American breakfast every day, I really recommend it, every time I visit Arizona I stay there in Chandler!! Very happy!! I have no complaints, good service!! That's why I give it 6 stars!! Visit it you won't regret it!! ??

Rooms are very nice however the service from staff was horrible and unprofessional we didn’t have the covers in our room for the pull out bed I called down and asked if we could get some normally they are already in the room the older lady with short hair said for me to come down and get them myself which it was 10 at night of course I went down because my son needed cover when I got there instead of her explaining to me or showing any compassion or concern she went on to say I’m the one who needed them so I should come get them on top of that I had to wait 1 hour and a half to check into my room all because she couldn’t find my room which I paid for and booked a week in advance just very unprofessional the way things where handled I most likely wouldn’t come back here because of the customer service

The elevator is broken. It's been broken for a week. They say the maintenance guys keep on resetting it but that's obviously not working. I'm stuck using the stairs for a week and they don't care enough to call an actual elevator tech.

Stayed 1 night for a concert in the area. Nice room with good complimentary breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out there was also free tacos and beverages including draft beers. It was a great start before heading to the concert. Plus the staff was nice and friendly. Crystal was very helpful and had such a great personality. Thanks Crystal !
