Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Chandler is an excellent hotel with a great location. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious, often featuring a kitchenette, a small living room, and comfortable beds. Customer service is impeccable, the best, with very friendly, helpful, kind, professional, and excellent personnel. Guests enjoy a good breakfast buffet that is very good, served daily. The hotel also offers a happy hour with wine or beer and snacks from Monday to Wednesday. Some areas, like the main lobby and breakfast area, may be under renovation, temporarily moving breakfast to a conference room. A note is that soundproofing isn't great, and breakfast time could start earlier. Overall, it is a nice, clean place that is highly recommended for travel or staycations, with many guests planning to return.

Had a fantastic experience at the Staybridge Suites Chandler. Luz was a true ray of sunshine and her support with our classroom setup and cleanliness made everything seamless. Big shoutout to Samuel as well for being consistently attentive and ensuring our rental experience was top notch. Highly recommend!
