Very clean, comfortable, very well decorated hotel. While traveling the country most of the year. Staybridge Chandler,AZ staff were professional, polite and the right amount of personal. Thank you. I will be back.

Very positive experience. A hot breakfast and free laundry facilities were a real plus. Shout out to Lisa at the front desk. She patiently answered my questions before I came, was very welcoming on arrival, and always called me by name. Customer service at its best!Rooms: Two bed two bath. With kids, a definite plus!

It’s a good hotel. Room was fine. Good internet speed. The free breakfast was bad. Two days in a row no real sugar packets for the coffee. Sausages were cooked to leather on the outside. Items that ran low were not refreshed. The juice dispenser was pumping out water instead of apple or cranberry juice.

Good hotel for families or longer stays. The full kitchen is a great benefit. Close to everything in Chandler and easy drive to Phoenix or Tucson.

I pretty much live on the road, so I've stayed at several hotels and other Staybridge hotels. The layout of the room is good, and the kitchen is a little larger than most.I'm fine with only a fluff clean or re-stocking towels and emptying trash daily, but they came in my room one day out of 5 and only emptied 1 trash can. I'll see how the weekly clean goes. The ice maker in my room is broke so they said I can get ice out of the pop machine in the food area. Staybridge has a social hour Mon- Wed from 5:30-7:30. So far this location has only offered pepperoni pizza one night and a ham sandwich another night. No side dishes, chips, salad bar..... nothing. Their breakfast buffet is not as good as most other hotels either. The hotel is clean but the really skimp out on the fine details that make it a nice place to stay.

Hector that runs the night shift is the glue that holds this hotel together. He is the reason I have my company associates stay here as they have been here for almost a year, unfortunately the management prevented him from running the social hour from Monday to Wednesday and many of my workers have complained about this. Due to the shift in management, Hector is the only reason we still decide to book our workers stay here. He is an absolute delight and should be promoted due to his professionalism and his ability to relate to guests instead of being a corporate slog of fake smiles and greetings that are usually received in hotels all over.Noteworthy details: Employee Hector is the best part of my employees stay due to his cheerful and relatable personality. Unfortunately the new management has been unfortunately changed and lacks what makes a hotel location unique. They are general employees and Hector has stayed through it all and gives a unique and fresh appearance to an otherwise normal and dull hotel experience

Front desk is rude. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and the AC doesn’t work. Their answer to that is it’s hot out and these units don’t work as well. So 82 degrees in the room at this hotel is normal in the summer time I guess. First and last time I stay here.

Nice clean facility with spacious suites. Great landscaping and plenty of parking. Salt water pool and hot tub. Hot tub was more of a toddler and child wading pool! Outdoor lounge with fire table. Not enough loungers by the pool. A broken parasol that patrons had to fight with in the wind in order to not have it hurt someone or in the pool as it was attached to a table. We had to put chairs in it to keep it from flying around. When brought up to the front desk, they ignored it and left it there for 24hrs. When a long term guest had uncontrollable smoke in their unit setting off alarms for the better part of 2hrs and filling the entire second floor with eye burning smoke from their cooking, when front desk called, again they said “we’ve had many complaints, you’re not the only one!” and cut me off before I could even finish and not to worry. The tone was condescending and we were bothering him. When we spoke to the front desk the next day to speak about it, we were fluffed off again on both matters. No apologies for our inconvenience with smoke and noise or the umbrella flying about. Just excuses. Quick to argue with the guest that brings up issues but never circled back or take in the feedback to make it better. Asked for the manager several times and they were always on a call or busy. They never circled back as well. During the social hours Mon-Wed (which was a nice touch) the staff were quick to leave the front desk to fraternize with the long term guests but never with the weekly guests. Not very social. And the appetizers, although a healthy choice, boiled broccoli and piggies in a blanket were far from a tasty social finger food. Broccoli for two days was a bit too much. What’s next, boiled spinach, parsnips, Brussels Spouts and white Basmati rice? And if you went up to ask for a glass of wine or beer, you felt like you were interrupting their social gathering. 3rd night was pizza night. Hand made pizza. Was great if you could get a piece. One pizza came out every 30 mins and the long term guests that were part of the social with the staff were quick to snatch it all up. Took us 90 mins before we managed to get a couple of pieces. Competing with the staff and their new found posse was a struggle. The lounge area was nice. Hotel was perfectly situated near all the stores, Highways and restaurants. It’s a long term stay hotel so expect this kind of bias of service.

Everything was going great until we checked out, horrible customer service. I had to request my itemized receipt be emailed to me 3x despite confirming my email each time with them over the phone and upon checkout. I even checked my spam/junk folder and I didn't get the email until my 3rd request over the phone. We also left something behind in the hotel room, an extremely sentimental item to my son as he had recently received it as a Christmas present from his grandpa. As soon as we realized we left it behind we called the hotel to find out if they had it and initially the hotel manager could not confirm if we had left it behind or not. The manager than stated they had found it and would mail it to us which was awesome, however that turned out to be a lie. They never found the item and lied to us about mailing it out. It wasn't until we escalated it to corporate that we found out they lied about mailing it out. I understand it was our fault for leaving the item behind, but there was no reason for them to lie about finding the item and mailing it to us and giving us the run around about it. Supposedly the general manager was going to reach out to us but that has yet to happen and we won't be holding our breath waiting for him to contact us.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The bed was spacious and comfortable, there was also a fold out couch. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities (plates & bowls, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware). There is a regular sized kitchen sink, a two burner glass top electric stove, and a dishwasher as well. There is a buffet style complimentary breakfast in the mornings that I highly recommend and matches or outshines most breakfast restaurants in the area. The breakfast lineup is extensive and changes from time to time including scrambled eggs, mini egg omelettes, sausage or bacon, breakfast potatoes, timed waffle makers with sides (butter, whipped butter, syrup, Nutella, chocolate chips, fruit compote), blueberry muffins, bagels, fruit cups, cereal, and a topping bar with salsa too. There's a small pool and hot tub on the back patio area as well as a seating area around a gas-powered fireplace with a decorative glass center. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

As soon as we walked in we received a warm welcome from Michael, the general manager, and Hector. Throughout our stay the hotel staff was friendly, courteous and had great customer service. We had great interactions with Anthony, Niya, Andre and Zack. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite through Christmas and needed to extend and the staff checked daily on the availability for us and once a cancellation occurred they extended us without any issues. A couple of recommendations though. Recommend Staybridge utilize paper plates at the complimentary breakfast since so many guests would fix plates and go back to their rooms. This created a bit of a plate shortage for other guests at breakfast. Also in our room of 238, the breakfast stools need to be replaced as the upholstery is coming off and we had a few drawers that would slide out in the dresser. We used the pool and hot tub and both were great. Also used the complimentary washer and dryer. One washer left stains on my shirts but the front desk immediately rectified that by providing complimentary tide pods with oxi. The stains came out and they took the one washer out of commission to get serviced. Overall, this hotel stay was great. Location was great, staff were amazing and even with the few minor hiccups mentioned in this review, my family and I would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel ever in 50 years of extensive travel, including to third world countries. Further, my card ended up being charged twice for $280 with a we'll get it right eventually explanation. This location gives all Staybridge locations a bad name.

The room was clean but the elevator was gross. There was food and drink spilled and not cleaned up. They put a sign over it. For a newer hotel, it needed a lot of maintenance. The front desk staff was friendly. And the breakfast was delicious.
