Triplex group workouts are my favorite way to start the week! The members are welcoming, the workouts are challenging but invigorating and Bradi is always helpful if you have questions or need to correct form. Highly recommend!

Triplex Training is a Valley gym specializing in group training and personal training. We work with our members to reach their goals. Goals range from general weight loss and fitness all the way to competing in endurance races. Our foundation is in functional fitness, this allows our members to improve strength, cardio, core, balance, and mobility in a movement based workout. Our workouts take 1 hr and include a warm up.
