The pharmacy staff are described as the kindest, most genuine, calm, cool, collected, professional, caring, focused, and results-driven. They remember customers, have friendly small talk, and make timely contact. A booster was administered by a kind, friendly pharmacist in a quick process. Some customers find the new store designs horrible, but appreciate the nice cashiers. The staff works hard to take care of people.

I live in downtown Phoenix but choose to come to this Walgreens because their pharmacy service is so spectacular. Even when things are busy they go out of their way to be courteous, kind and accommodating.

The store is clean, and well attended. The staff was friendly and engaging, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. At 11AM on a Saturday, there was virtually no wait to pick up prescriptions.
