“Bought new large truck tires for my RAM Truck over a year ago. They recommended these tires and they have been great, plus barely any wear. For once I think these tires will actually last as long as they are advertised to last.
Caught a screw into the tread that caused a slow leak and I had begun to notice some vibration at higher speeds.
Brought the truck in to have them fix both problems. They repaired the leaky tire and balanced the wheels within about an hour. Fast.
I went to pay the bill and they said no, you bought your tires here, no charge. Complete opposite of the other tire place here in town......no hassle, no excuses, no trouble. Just good service.

“We were in a major bind, and the team at Bob's CAR in Chino Valley were absolute lifesavers! We were heading back to California from Prescott, towing our 5th wheel, when the brakes on our Chevy dually locked up. It was a stressful situation, to say the least, especially on a Friday afternoon.
We were less than a mile from their shop and called them up to explain our ordeal. They were so understanding and told us if we could get the truck to them, they would see what they could do.
From the moment we arrived, their service was exceptional. They quickly diagnosed the problem: a broken rear axle seal had leaked fluid all over the brakes. The repair was extensive – we needed both rear axle seals replaced, along with all new brakes, rotors, and drums. We thought for sure we'd be stranded for the weekend. But to our amazement, the team stayed late on a Friday just to get us safely back on the road.
We cannot express how grateful we are to Bob, David, Christiana, and the entire crew. Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough! Their professionalism, accommodation, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation.
