“I find every visit to this branch to be such a pleasant experience! I love the warm greetings, nice atmosphere and very prompt service. The associates at the walk up area are always so personable and helpful. This feels like a small town bank! If you are using the lobby ATM, you are still greeted and offered help. I have had the need for foreign currency for travel and it is the easiest process and a super quick turn around!”

“I had a wire that I needed to send early yesterday morning, and I went to the OneAZ Gurley Street location promptly at 10:00 a.m. without an appointment. Notwithstanding the unavailability of personal banker appointments (they were all booked up!) the Teller (Thalia) was very gracious and brought my issues to Shauna, the Teller Supervisor. Shauna immediately called me to her desk and took care of my wire instantly! This location has a wonderful group of employees, and they always do their best to accommodate customer requests!”
