“Today we visited with Julian Dupraw-Church at the National Bank of Arizona in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She assisted us a year or so ago and we were so impressed with her services, we made another appt. with her for today. I have POA for my brother as he has had a stroke and needs assistance with such things as his banking. He can be short tempered because of his short term memory loss. She exudes such kindness in helping us and has the patience of a saint all the while exhibiting professionalism and knowledge of the tasks at hand. It seems that in many cases these days, customer service is a thing of the past. But Julian really takes the time to solve our banking issues. “I joined Desert Financial Credit Union today. I walked in to the branch inside Fry's without an appointment. Unfortunately, Koreena had an appointment already scheduled so I had to return about 40 minutes later to join. Koreena treated me like a "member" rather than a "customer". She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She handled my requests perfectly. On the same day, just before I went to Desert Financial CU, I joined Credit Union West. The difference is like night and day! (See my Credit Union West review). When the CD at Credit Union West matures, I'll probably move that money to Desert Financial CU...Desert Financial CU is just a more professional and enjoyable experience. Thanks Koreena!”

Nanette noticed right away that we were not benefitting as much as we could be from our savings and took the steps to make the most of our money. Her follow up is to be commended. “Overall great experience. After spending nearly a decade with another bank, I had a horrible experience which caused me to switch banks. I called in an set up an appointment to start a new account, I was taken back start 30 minutes early, and even finished up about 30 minutes earlier then expected. My banker exceeded expectation even assisting me in setting up online banking and digital wallet on my phone. Amber Sandoval, was my banker. She was very friendly, personable, efficient, and good at her job. Great customer service.”
