“Super easy check in. Very easy communication. Beautiful area and building. The stairs (no elevator) are 100% worth the stay. The rooms are so amazing, well put together and make you feel comfortable. I only wish they dols thier coffee mugs, haha. Would love to come back.”

“Kinda of a hole in the wall. No check in they just send you an e-mail with a room code. Rooms are nice kinda like renting a small apartment. View is very pretty and they are close to the train so that will be nice.
The downside rooms could use a little update and a better cleaning. The T.V.'s only have one box so you can't change the channel in the bedroom. Not a place i would bring young kids as there isn't much to do. But it's a nice getaway for a weekend away without them.”

“The check-in guy John was very nice to talk to and told me all the best spots to check out! Bed, pillows, and sheets were very soft. The location was perfect for experiencing the town. No ghost disturbed me either!”

“As a solo female traveler with two large dogs, I felt completely safe here and that matters. The staff was warm, down-to-earth, and professional from the moment I checked in. Very mom-and-pop in the best way.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and wall A/C. We ended up in the family/handicap room (the last one available), and honestly it worked out great — plenty of space for me and my two dogs. Everything was genuinely clean, not just surface clean.
A heads up for fellow dog owners: there’s no designated dog area on the property, but there’s a park nearby which was perfect for walks. Complimentary coffee in the office was a nice touch.
We had just come from a disappointing motel in Flagstaff, so Little Daisy felt like a breath of fresh air. Sometimes you just need a place that’s clean, safe, and run by people who actually care — and this is it. Would absolutely stay again.”

“We stayed for three days in the Miners Suite. We had three of us to accommodate so it was perfect! The beds and bedding were so comfortable we slept like the dead...pun intended. Our rooms were gorgeous and on theme. Plenty of room for us and all our baggage. The tvs worked great and we loved spending the end of the night on the deck watching the stars, having a nightcap or dessert. The showers were nice with good pressure and nice smelling soaps! We took advantage of the water and ice in the lobby and didn't eat anything but it was cute inside. Definitely will stay again.
Perfect distance from Sedona, Oak Creek where we went swimming and Prescott. The view in the morning is priceless! Street parking is super convenient and available.”

“Hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept. Overall highly impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. Great breakfast and beds were very comfortable. If you leave anything behind the hotel will almost immediately notify you and assist you in getting it back.

I travel with a large group for work during the summer and Megan is one of the most competent hotel managers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She booked 10 rooms all with separate cards, quickly checked us in while switching names and adding information to our booking. She was extremely professional and kind and did a lot for my crew and I over the course of multiple days. She was the reason I immediately booked SpringHill again when I knew our group would be back in Cottonwood for another few nights.
During our work trip multiple other hotels in Flagstaff and around messed up cards, receipts and transactions that I am still trying to fix but Megan didn’t miss a single thing. Made my job as a supervisor much easier. Will be staying here every time we are in the area for work.”

“We've traveled around a lot...and for a small Inn/hotel, this place is amazing 😍 for so many reasons. They think about the customer experience and we highly recommend and will be back... And we've stayed in other places in Cottonwood!”

“We had our wedding on 8/24/2024 and so happy we were at the Cottonwood. We felt like absolute royalty. Matty was an absolute gem and made us feel so special from the moment we checked in until we left. She even sent a bottle of champagne up to the room after the wedding!!! Molly Payne and Sarah Miller (Wymer) bent over backwards to make our wedding feel like a fairytale. The food was divine and the service was unmatched. I truly can’t believe how incredible everything was. The rooms were fantastic and the entire hotel is gorgeous. Thank you to everyone who made our stay and wedding incredible!”

“Decided to visit Sedona, but wanted to save on cost and also stay somewhere quite. We randomly came across this motel while driving by. It was a shot of the dark, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With me, I had my OCD daughter, who is usually very uncomfortable when sleeping away from home. She immediately stated how comforting our room was. We even forgot her melatonin, but she slept wonderfully while staying here.
The room was clean and comfortable. They stocked the bathroom with essentials. The pool and spa was heated and everything was well maintained. We will be back.”

“This is not a fancy motel BUT this is where you want to stay. Clean and quiet, spacious rooms and great staff. I'd stay here any night over a fluffy towel break the bank motel. Lobby is inviting with a nice Italian restaurant right next to it for breakfast. Only one comment about our room, no towel racks.”

“Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the free breakfast and staff were all very helpful and kind. The rooms are dated, the bathroom is on the small side, but clean. It was very quiet too and covered parking spots were a bonus. Would recommend if looking to spend time in Jerome and/or Sedona!! Super easy to get to from both towns!”
