Totally enjoyed the pool and spa. Great customer service. It's worth the trip.

We opted for Best Western after a day on the Verde Canyon train ride. They never disappoint in most cases. We did not see or use the pool. The room did not have a desk area for our laptop but we made due. There was a frig, microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast was served.
