“This place truly was amazing and here to confirm that they went above and beyond to help us out. We travel Full time in our 2500 sprinter van. Was driving through Sedona and fried our back brakes & rotors. The lady on the phone was so nice and assured their help & safety. They offered and sent mobile services which was incredible and easy. Aaron came to us as we were parked in the nation forest. He got our brakes done within the hour and was extremely helpful, friendly and even guided me through the process as I have done my front breaks before but needed more guidance. You don’t find that traveling always and it confirmed their quality job! These people were great, Amazing prices and would genuinely recommend!”

“This afternoon my lifted truck was stuck on an embankment off dry creek road. Left rear tire up 3’ off the ground. Jaws towing came and couldn’t do the job. After waiting four hours I called Black Hills towing and Anthony came to our rescue! He was a rock star. He was able to get my truck out without a scratch! Drove it home! Anthony was very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for home we’d be spending the night in Sedona. Thank you Anthony!!!!!!”
“I am from Maryland, and I owned an automotive supply company, and I know who are the good guys and ladies to take the cars too and the bad ones. When I moved here, I have no idea who to take it to. Somebody told me about Herb, and I'm glad they did. He is retired I believe, and I now don't know who to trust. Unlike the dealer, he only did the maintenance that was necessary. If you take your car to the dealer, they will sell you crap that you don't need, believe me. I've been in the automotive supply business for almost 40 years. Herb, don't retire yet. Lol. “An honest and thorough master-mechanic who would only charge for what’s really needed.I have an old BMW (2002, 325i) that was having issues starting at gas pump, cold engine stalling once started and the car running rough with illusive codes PO171 and PO174. Two other places gave me lists of parts to replace: fuel filter, fuel pump, oxygen sensors, transmission, catalytic converter – you name it, they said it! - all at a significant cost, of course. Then someone recommended Henry. It took one look under the hood and Henry pointed out that the problem was a hole in the air intake boot – that’s all it was! Henry replaced the intake boot and the issue was resolved. I also had them do the bushing, brake pads and sensors (the light was on for a while and I was at a loss as to where to find a good place to get the breaks done). I asked Henry to diagnose the vehicle and to let me know what else needed fixing, and to my great surprise Henry said: “Nothing. Everything else looks good”. That’ll be the first instance in my experience so far, where a woman was not told all kinds of horror stories to get her pay more money for unnecessary vehicle repairs! It’s hard to find a good mechanic for a foreign car in Arizona, let alone an honest one! Thank you, Henry! Where have you been all these years? - Do not expect a fancy office, but Pauline is friendly and efficient and you will be very happy with the honesty, the cost and the quality of repair.”

“Went in for service at the cottonwood location. I needed an oil change and basic inspection on my chevy Silverado. I was travelling to Pensacola Florida to visit my relatives. Nate was very professional and pointed out that I needed a few critical services in order to make my trip. I was able to get my brakes and flushes done in only a few hours. I made my trip safely to Pensacola Florida the next day. Thank you Nate for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back for more service.”

“+JMJ Monday 10 October 2022. First time visit. Mainly stopped by because I needed someone to check air in my tires. Love that full service is offered at this newly renamed service station (formerly called 'Spirit' service station.) Would seem the attendant was working solo and he was trying to be available to all coming in for service. When my turn came he took care of the business of filling my car and putting air in all my tires. Nice gentleman. Since reading some of the reviews, thought I was ask about servicing my car, but overheard him speaking to someone who had just arrived asking how busy he was. The attendant stated that there could be availability at the end of the month. I may check with him in November, since I prefer to support local independent dealers.”

“I had a transmission issue with my older vehicle, which was concerning due to its poor reviews regarding transmissions. However, the team at 360 Automotive quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and had it repaired and ready for me within a few days, despite their busy schedule. Barb, who manages the office, was incredibly helpful in explaining everything. I really appreciated their up-to-date text technology, which kept me informed every step of the way. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them.”

“They have FREE AIR. Which is nice and very kind of them, after all no one should charge for air. They will help you with a flat tire, or screw in the tire and will order tires for u if it's needed. They r very kind and they run the duckie race in rimrock every year which is a fun event for the community on fourth of July. Thanks guys for being so awesome!”

“I brought our RV, the Badger, to Premier Diesel Truck & Equipment in Camp Verde for an oil change and some needed maintenance before continuing our travels. Logan, who scheduled us in on short notice, was friendly and professional, and the mechanics, Steven and Patrick, were knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Everything was completed efficiently, and the Badger ran beautifully today on our trip from Camp Verde to Scottsdale. It’s great to find a shop that treats RV owners with such care and attention to detail. Highly recommend Premier Diesel for any diesel maintenance or service needs!
