“For my family, it is the best place to get our meats and produce. We can usually find everything we need with shopping here, without having to go to multiple different stores. Prices are good, the meat department and cashiers are always so friendly and helpful.”
“Great spot to pick up authentic Mexican food, small butcher shop, prepared food like barbacoa and more. Homemade salsa but the best thing is the fresh tortillas imported weekly from Mexico.”
“It is so comforting the way the staff follow you around ready to assist at a moments notice . It makes me feel like I'm really being seen and understood. As a vagrant I often feel like I fall through the cracks , but not at Mt. Hope ? They really live up to their name and that gives me hope for all of humanity . Best of all they accept Food Stamps ! Who says the poor , homeless and downtrodden should eat crap food ? Not Mt. Hope . They welcome us with open arms . Thank you ! I only gave 4 stars because their prices could be a little lower .”
“Dollar General recently did a store wide revamp and expanded their frozen foods section. Great new selection! They also have a $1 aisle for thrifty shoppers who are on a tight budget, a movie section with low priced films, and a friendly new manager. Don't know her name but huge improvement over the guy who managed this place for like 3 years who was always rude and snapping at customers. The Clover Valley brand offers many quality products that are cheaper than name brands.
Four stars because sometimes their registers aren't always working and corporate won't give them enough workers to cover all shifts.
Still a fun place to shop. Quiet and not super crowded like Walmart and Dollar Tree. Thank you. ? This review is for the main street location.”
“This is the best grocery store in town. This Safeway store is very clean and bright. The bakery department always has new things to try. There is such a variety, that I come home with something new every week. Deli is great too. The people behind the counter are always smiling and happy. My favorite front end people are Ann and Esther. If they were having a bad day, you would never know it. Ann is super nice, always! Esther has the best sense of humor. I will wait in her line for checkout, even if it's the longest. I absolutely love Starbucks too. Natalie and Skyler always get my drinks right. I love the positive messages that they write on the cups. This always puts me in a good mood.”

“This is an amazing place to visit! Very spiritual and calming! It is a very busy place, I recommend an early visit! They do have people on golf carts that can take you up and down, as it is a very steep long walk but well worth it”

“Pretty much your typical big old run of the mill walmart superstore , it has everything , except the one thing you're looking for late at night , when you drive twenty miles out of your way there to find, because walmart will always have it... but the people that work there that I've interacted with have all been very friendly, very helpful, pleasant and with a smile, and that goes a long way, especially these days, no matter what they have for sale in their store.”

“Best pharmacy in town, they are always caring and respectfull, even when absolutely under pressure. They always come through when my daughter has an issue, and its appreciated. I have to assume that the negitive reviews are mostly entitlement based, ( someone had to wait their turn in line or didnt feel special enough), because i have never seen anything other than everyone in that pharmacy being professional and doing their best.”

“On a recent visit to Cottonwood we dropped into Verde Valley Olive Oil Traders. We were assisted by Julie and Sebastian they were very helpful giving great advice and suggestions. They provided a number of samples to taste. I do recommend stopping by and checking out the variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars.”
