Oil Change in Cottonwood, AZ

“I'm a general mechanic. I could have fixed what was broke on my truck. But I was on the road, no where near my shop. I was going to need to use a local shop where my truck broke down.

The financial base of a local shop is its local customers. People like me just passing through must be relegated to a lower priority. I understand that, and I don't walk into a shop expecting a high priority for my needs.

I checked for local reviews and recommendations. I found Express Automotive had the highest ratings. I had the tow truck drop it off in their parking lot on a Saturday night. They had a key drop box. I left my business card with an explanation of the problem attached the truck key in the key box.

I called at 8 AM, Monday morning. I found that Express Automotive had already started working on my truck. I gave a little more clarification over the phone. Les, the Service Manager has excellent customer skills. He said he would call me back once they had completed the inspection of the issue. He did, a short time later. They ordered the part and as soon as it came it, the truck was repaired. It was in excellent condition when I picked it up.
