“My husband and groomsmen all rented suits from here for our wedding. We went to three places to check out tuxedo rentals and this was our last stop, they had the largest variety and best deal! We loved how flexible they are about not needing appointments and just going in from a certain time frame. We absolutely loved how the suits looked and the whole team treated us amazing and met our needs. We will definitely be back if we need a rental suit!”

Kohl's offers several discounts you can apply at the time of purchase online. I recently purchased an item online and later saw a discount that would save me quite a bit. I knew I missed that opportunity after my item was already purchased. I gave them a call and talked to Linda, she was very friendly and told me to come on down and to see what they could do. Linda greeted me and called her manager (Amber) to help me out. Amber was so helpful and had to pull several strings to try to find a way to apply the discount. She wasn't able to apply the discount to my purchase but instead applied the discount on a Kohl's gift card.
She absolutely made my day! Thank you.”

“The online order process was smooth. I was concerned it would go as stated as I've had issues in the last. It it was my first time ordering online and going into the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter in and she said the lady was kind and did not trigger her anxiety. However I failed to realize they need my id so I went it just at the right time. It was perfect experience. “The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“If you are looking for a new pair of shoes that feel like walking on clouds, this massive outlet is the place to go. They have rows and rows of sneakers, boots, and sandals for everyone in the family, and the prices are usually much lower than at a regular mall store. I really liked how easy it was to find my size and try on different styles, from sporty running shoes to sparkly ones for kids. The store is huge and very well-organized, so you don't feel crowded while you are browsing. It is a great spot to grab some high-quality, comfortable footwear without spending a ton of money, especially if you need shoes for school or a long vacation.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”
“I am a very indecisive person and the staff here were beyond excellent. I came in earlier to pick up an order and the staff here were fabulous, particularly Moose, Mia and Terra helped me pick the right outfit for me and walk me through why sizes are different between boys and girls. I lost a lot of weight and as someone who wants to show off their skinniness I come to realize girls clothing helps accentuate that thin figure while boys clothing are just square. You know? And they help me understand that the larger size for girls is the same for guys.
On top of that, the next day when I tried on the order I ordered I realized that the hoodie I got was too small but I wasn't so sure. So I came back and another employee Heleigh with the help of Kya help me decide which size was better, turns out a medium LOL, And help me exchange my hoodie for a larger size. Natalie, the manager was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me. Once again, I'm very indecisive and they helped me bring some decisiveness and comfort into the decisions I made in the store
If you ever have any questions with your style or fashion or something you want, the people here are fantastic staff members and once again it's a Hot topic. I mean the selection is excellent, right? You know what you're getting into, but these staff definitely made me feel more comfortable with what I wanted to get into.

“I had an amazing experience with Kellan—he was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful, friendly, super polite, and had a great smile. I came in because I ordered shoes online in the wrong size, and he made the exchange process so easy. He helped me find and purchase the correct pair without any hassle.
I also had a 20% off coupon from my online order that I didn’t even mention, because I didn’t want to cause more work. But Kellan noticed it on his own and went above and beyond by asking his manager, Logan, to price match it. Logan came right over, no questions asked, and honored the online price.
