Kohl's offers several discounts you can apply at the time of purchase online. I recently purchased an item online and later saw a discount that would save me quite a bit. I knew I missed that opportunity after my item was already purchased. I gave them a call and talked to Linda, she was very friendly and told me to come on down and to see what they could do. Linda greeted me and called her manager (Amber) to help me out. Amber was so helpful and had to pull several strings to try to find a way to apply the discount. She wasn't able to apply the discount to my purchase but instead applied the discount on a Kohl's gift card.

“The online order process was smooth. I was concerned it would go as stated as I've had issues in the last. It it was my first time ordering online and going into the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter in and she said the lady was kind and did not trigger her anxiety. However I failed to realize they need my id so I went it just at the right time. It was perfect experience. “My husband and groomsmen all rented suits from here for our wedding. We went to three places to check out tuxedo rentals and this was our last stop, they had the largest variety and best deal! We loved how flexible they are about not needing appointments and just going in from a certain time frame.
