Learned so much about welding with the online classes to the hands on experience. Im excited to do more qualifications with Nathan. Vern lewis is a great supply shop with a edcuated staff. “I originally went to the location on 67th to rent a truck and auto trailer. It took the other location 2 hours to try to figure out why my trailer lights weren’t working ultimately for the other store to give up and send me away. I came to this location on 87th and was helped by Hayden and Brady. Once the situation was explained they couldn’t believe the other store gave me such a hard time and the run around and both gentlemen immediately set to work to fix my issue. Brady fixed and corrected all the paperwork that the other store messed up while Hayden immediately hooked up my truck to my new trailer to not only discover that the truck was the issue by not sending the correct signals to the trailer, but he also fixed it in 5 minutes! What took the other shop 2 hours to do a half assed job these gentlemen went above and beyond to fix and rectify within 20 minutes! Super grateful to both dudes and will absolutely come back to this location for my future uhaul needs.”
“I think a very much improvement. would be to have more than one employee on a Sunday. She was backed up, and it was very busy. But still providing great customer service
And maintain the level of professionalism, even though her system was not working. And you could tell she was visibly overwhelmed.
I actually felt sorry for the employee and thanked her for.the great customer service .i feel uhual let.this an employee down and failed her. So the only reason I am giving an excellent on my review. It's because of this employee”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful but the process outside their control was a nightmare. I wish they had given us their names, but they are the only reason there are 5 stars here instead of 1.
BEWARE BOOKING ONLINE - my feedback to uhaul as a company
When someone books for in person, do not give them a 3rd party that will not be in person. Added extra miles to our trip to get pick up at an actual Uhaul location. Not to mention the waste of time, gas, and miles trying to find the 3rd party location we originally started with. Also when I asked on the phone if this location (the 3rd party) would have all the items I had ordered the staff on the phone told me yeah, which was untrue. There was no dolly or TV box with the uhaul like I was expecting. Honestly very unhappy with Uhaul as a whole after those issues. Added so much extra unneeded stress to our move and added 2-3 hour delay to our move which made us not get home until 1am. Could've been easily avoided had it been just booked in person with everything I ordered like I was under the assumption in would.”
