Last summer, Colt installed and fine tuned an incredible solar/inverter-charger/lithium battery system allowing me to camp off grid with no power worries. He now periodically performs system checks of all on-board and exterior components with excellent timeliness and feedback. “Great place with helpful staff. Erica (mgr) was helpful and always there to assist staff to ensure we, as the customer, were well served. She gave us a hint and showed us how to use a particular lock on the back of the truck since it was tricky to get it to work. Check in and Check out was easy and very clear. Details were given so we knew what to expect. Cost ended up being less expensive than we planned! The young man that brought up the truck explained everything well and gave us very good suggestions about using the truck. Only feedback I would offer is that the person checking us in did not really have much knowledge about how the liability insurance worked. The staff should emphasize that your regular car insurance will NOT cover any damage to the truck or to others' property if there is an accident. I knew this from having been an auto claims adjuster in the past. Otherwise, very patient and professional staff and clean office and truck. We will recommend this location to others and use them again in the future.”
