“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Suburban Propane. I had an older tank and brought out three different companies for quotes. Every other company immediately recommended replacing the tank, which would have cost thousands. Jerry with Suburban Propane took a completely different approach. He actually took the time to thoroughly inspect the tank, locate the ID plate, and diagnose the real issue. Instead of pushing an expensive replacement, he recommended and installed an anode bag, solving the problem quickly and affordably. That level of honesty, expertise, and customer care is rare. Jerry and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on doing what was best for me, not just making a sale. Highly recommend Suburban Propane to anyone looking for trustworthy service and people who truly stand behind their work.”

“Went in to this location on an early Friday morning to pick up a 20 foot moving truck. The general manager Deanna was there, she was so kind and so incredibly helpful. I was moving and on a really tight budget. I was talking to her about my situation and she did absolutely everything she could to help me save money. She helped me save $50 on my trip and gave me extra mileage and an extra day. I could have cried when she did that. I 100% recommend doing business at this location.”

“I think a very much improvement. would be to have more than one employee on a Sunday. She was backed up, and it was very busy. But still providing great customer service And maintain the level of professionalism, even though her system was not working. And you could tell she was visibly overwhelmed. I actually felt sorry for the employee and thanked her for.the great customer service .i feel uhual let.this an employee down and failed her. So the only reason I am giving an excellent on my review. It's because of this employee”
