“The tractor they used to install the propane tank had to go through a wash and all the way back to the end of my property. They installed the tank took away the old one and then cleaned up the yard just like it had been and maybe better than it was before the tractor rode through it. Very well done”
“I showed up maybe an hour before closing, very friendly, had no problem finding what I needed. Staff explained where to park to unload,, how to use my code, and the hours. Simple and easy…great staff!”
“Damien helped me out so much. Very professional and respectful. I was so stressed from having to move suddenly, and he worked out the kinks and got me set up. My car battery died and he was nice enough to even jump it before leaving. Excellent customer service and compassion for this lady at the end of herself that day. Thank you.”
“I think a very much improvement. would be to have more than one employee on a Sunday. She was backed up, and it was very busy. But still providing great customer service
And maintain the level of professionalism, even though her system was not working. And you could tell she was visibly overwhelmed.
I actually felt sorry for the employee and thanked her for.the great customer service .i feel uhual let.this an employee down and failed her. So the only reason I am giving an excellent on my review. It's because of this employee”
