“I was with Amerigas. These people are amazing. If you have Amerigas, sick of running out of propane, having to fix appliances from sediment, pay ridiculous fees and prices, switch to these guys. They call me to let me know I need a delivery, I know it seems impossible. USA based customer service that can actually help you. While I miss talking to “Linda” from Bangladesh with cows mooing and chickens in the background I feel relieved having a team that can deliver! Five stars from me.”

“We recently had a Kohler home generator installed by Blue Star Gas. From start to finish this was a very arduous and lengthy process that we were guided through thoroughly and professionally by Blue Star Gas. Robert is a true man of his word and Matt is an excellent technician. We really liked the guy from Brooklyn who filled our tank; he was very personable and friendly. Overall, we couldn't be happier with completion of this project and highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

We recently had additional work done today. Matt provided EXCELLENT and professional service for us. He responded in a very timely manner and completed our service efficiently as well. Everything exceeded our expectations and we are quite pleased with the outcome of the job done.

Shadow Mountain U-Haul provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond to help me with my storage units, and every interaction with their staff has been a pleasure. They’re always friendly, patient, and never make me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how well the staff gets along with one another—joking and laughing together, creating such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel like a VIP, not just another customer.
I would highly recommend this location for any and all of your moving and storage needs. You won’t be disappointed!”
“I had rented a U-Box that was supposed to be driven cross country. Once it arrived in Arizona the box was sent to a location that I realized was too far from my storage unit so it had to be transferred from that U-Haul location to the Sunny Slope U-Haul. At Sunny Slope I then had to rent a U-haul truck to load the items from the U-Box to be loaded and taken to my storage unit by a mover. I spoke to Evan who was very kind. I had a LONG (and I'm sure unnecessary) explanation of what needed to take place and not only was Evan patient, knowledgeable and respectful, but the manager, Steve, heard my anxiety level and assured me that they were capable and it would all work out. I was very impressed with these two men. They never appeared irritated or made me feel like I was an annoyance. They were professional yet friendly and went above and beyond to address my concerns. They made this such a positive experience for me. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you guys. I appreciate all your help!!!!!”
“I have recently moved to Phoenix and this was the U-Haul I decided to drop off the trailer and U-Haul to, as well storing my items here. Very friendly staff and they were all very kind as well. The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. If I'm moving again in the future, I'm for sure coming back to this location.”

“The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He fixed a very difficult situation and I wasn't at my best. I had to make a very quick move and after booking with a customer service rep, I found out that my truck could not be hitched with a trailer because there was no way to connect the brake lights. This was not a question the cs rep asked me so when I got to the location, I was told the trailer could not be used. I was upset and worried that I couldn't afford the other options. The gentleman (forgot his name) went through 5 options, calmly and kindly. He found the least expensive option for me and he showed no irritation or feelings of inconvenience. I was so so grateful. The option he found was actually much better than my original booking. Thank you so much.”

“The reviews say it all. This is a 5 star company. We switched to them a couple of years ago from a large national company. Not only were Canyon State priced better, they are much more responsive and genuinely care to make sure their customers are taken care of.
Just recently we need to take out an old tank and replace it with a new tank. They made the process easy, they were competitively priced and their people - every one of them -- are courteous and customer focused. Thank you Claudia, Cole, Jan, Miguel and every other team member whose names I didn't get.”
