“I called ahead to check if they could take me for an oil change and they got me right in as soon as I showed up. I previously tried changing my turning signal light bulb and it still wasn't working. I let them know what I did and he said that I put it in backwards. He didn't charge me for putting my light bulb in correctly and I was only charged for the oil change. Since he didn't charge me for the light bulb they seemed trustworthy as I was expecting to pay for it. I went back for a new air filter and cabin air filter a couple days later.”

“so I’m new to welding, I purchased my first machine and received a tank from my friend so I could have shielding gas. But I kept hearing horror stories about trying to get a tank exchanged that was out of hydrotest date so I went to Vern Lewis with my tank and expected the worst, but Samantha the lady behind the counter, helped me get a new tank and made it super simple. She explained to me everything I needed to know and made the process super painless. I will definitely be going back to the Phoenix location again to purchase items for welding and get more gas in the future and I highly recommend you do the same.”

“After about a year and a half of multiple "techs" trying to fix my generator, with no luck, i finally found bluestar gas. The old saying, "you tried the rest, now use the best" comes in to play here. Robert knows his work. That was obvious after a couple minutes of watching him. He explained everything he was doin to me in detail. He also went way out of his way to get down here when other companies declined because of the distance. You just dont see these kind of people anymore. Thanks Robert, you've given us back our piece of mind knowing our generator is back up and running.”

The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. If I'm moving again in the future, I'm for sure coming back to this location.”

“We walked in to schedule a u-haul truck and trailer in advance and Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful. He was very friendly and patient while we figured out the most affordable option. We made changes multiple times but he never made us feel rushed and ensured he did whatever was best for us. I have never experienced such great customer service at a u-haul before.The excellent customer service continued even when we came back the day of our reservation! Serena greeted us and helped us out immediately. She walked us out to the truck and helped us hook up the trailer. She seemed to enjoy her job and was eager/happy to help.Overall, I’m very impressed by this location’s staff. These 2 really stood out and are great examples of what customer service should be. Thank you both!”

“If you are traveling within a 950mile radius, I would highly recommend a U-haul. They made everything quick and easy and for the price it was worth it. I stopped for gas about 5 times, each at a half tank empty and it does take a median of $65 to fill it up to full. It was also amazing that they had options for movers to come and and help you move and I paid about $230 total for movers in both locations and I had them for 2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my journey was quick and no hick ups. I was very surprised.”
