Rented a 12 foot truck recently for a day and the service was friendly, the truck was clean and drove well, had a backup camera and all was well. Appreciated the moving blankets too. Thanks!

Not reallt a rating, but just to note that they clise at 3:00, according to the Budget customer phone number, whereas the Internet says 5:00 on weekdays. No idea which is correct, but don't relay on the later time.

We were stranded in flagstaff and Gene from the route 66 location went above and beyond to help us, he not only was polite his customer service was the best ever ,we need more like him.he made a stressful situation easier.thank you so much for your help.
