Good in and out location with parking. Its a hard area due to the bottlenecking that happens at the traffic light, but definitely a go to place for convenience store needs and more.”

“Wow, this place! The Navajo Blue Travel Plaza is hands down one of the best travel stops I’ve ever stopped at. It’s absolutely massive and packed with everything you can imagine, and some you wouldn't even dream of. They have all the regular snacks and drinks you expect, to native food items you won't find anywhere else, and unique sodas made onsite! They also have awesome Native-made goods and jewelry etc.
The Native food is fresh and tasty and the soda fizz made on site is such a fun bonus, a nice change from the regular sodas (they have those too). The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's just a great atmosphere, so bright and inviting. It's so much more than just a gas station. You can grab something quick or spend time browsing. This place is immaculate too. Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. They also have showers and a laundry. I love the native artwork and signage. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!”

“Quick and easy location to get in/out. They have a solid selection of discount beers, so it's always fun to see what they have available. I've always had very pleasant interactions with all the workers there and feel like they recognize me when I go. I wish the hot food prep area had longer/better hours as it seems they close rather early and weekend hours are pretty much non-existent.”
“Basically what you expect from a gas station, my only issue is I charged gas to my debit card, it held $100 on my account for 2 weeks just to only charge me $15 at the end of the 2 weeks.... Kind of inconvenient but other than that only few places you'll get $1 off gas from reward points from what I remember no where else let's you use that much points on gas rewards”

I used to live in Flagstaff for 3 years and went to school at Northern Arizona University. I always love interacting with April and ask her how is her day going. April is such a wonderful kind-hearted store manager. She is amazing and goes above and beyond for her people. I love her!!!”
“Didn’t spend much time here, but what we did see that the store had like everything. From 20 different popcorn flavors, to dancing penguin mugs. The bathrooms were very clean and I did like that they had actual doors on them too, not just stall doors. I liked the idea to put a waiting room in the bathroom as well. Good roadside stop.”
“I have stopped at this Chevron gas station a few times now, and every visit has been a positive experience. As most people know, Chevron is known for having some of the best gas in the country when it comes to quality, and this specific location definitely lives up to that reputation. It is a place I feel confident fueling up at, knowing I am putting good gas in my vehicle.
One thing that really stands out about this Chevron is how well maintained it is. The windshield cleaning stations are always clean and stocked with a nice cleaning solution, which is something you do not see very often anymore. It makes a big difference when you are on the road and can actually clean your windshield properly without dealing with dirty water or empty containers.
The bathrooms are another big plus. Every time I have used them, they have been clean, well kept, and stocked, which says a lot about how this location is managed. Clean restrooms are a huge factor for me when choosing where to stop, especially when traveling with family, and this Chevron consistently delivers.
The customer service has also been great. The staff is efficient, friendly, and keeps things moving, so you are not standing around waiting. Whether I am just grabbing fuel or heading inside for a quick purchase, the service is always fast and smooth.
Overall, I really cannot complain about this gas station. It is clean, reliable, and well run, which is exactly what you want from a place you stop at regularly. This Chevron sets a great example of how a gas station should be operated, and I will continue stopping here whenever I am in the area.”
“That place is a life saver. Especially for vacationers thinking they can make it from ABQ to Flagstaff on a tank. I looked at the gauge somewhere around Holbrook and thought "well I can make it to Flagstaff". Next time I looked I was on fumes. Had the friend start a search for gas and saw I was still a good 15 miles from this Shell. We made it, barely. No way we would have made it into Flagstaff. Thanks Winona.”

“We were desperate for somewhere to stop due to being low on fuel towing our fifth wheel. They had diesel and a 15’ clearance. We were able to maneuver our 36’ fifth wheel around and fill up. Diesel was expensive but we needed it to make to to Flagstaff! Hopefully this will help someone else in the future!”

The parking lot is large enough to accommodate vacation vehicles and restrooms are available for the little ones. “Had a great experience here. Drive thru and a vacuum. My car looked terrible after the snowfall and seemed to be all mudded up and dirty the next day. It looks like a dream come true now. I also noticed self service car wash stalls around the back but I didn't have the energy for that. It's also a Sinclair gas station w a giant green dinosaur. He had a sign on him that prob said Don't ride him around the parking lot so none of that will be had.”

“Super clean bathrooms, reasonable gas rate, friendly staff. We were greeted by the owner and he seemed to really care about the quality of his gas station! I am rarely moved to rate a gas station but this one certainly earned it. Unfortunately the air machine is broken, but it’s a contractor (the station doesn’t own it) and we were directed to another location where we could refill our tires!”
