“Bryon came out to me and his wife at the shop was very receptive and accommodating too. Bryon knew I’d been working on my Onan generator a lot trying to get it running. He made suggestions from his experience but knew I could do it and advised, so I didn’t incur a huge bill. I tried by getting rid of the air bubbles in the lines like he suggested and the generator started right up and ran nicely!”
“Very good service and polite, pretty much all that I have been to. I still unable to find a product for a tool you still sell. But I learned yesterday that the online side may still have it. Thank you for the continued great service.”
“Easy to book with. got a big tent for my wedding and it was relatively easy to put up and down. They did forget a few piles when they loaded it in so make sure to double check the inventory before you leave!!”
“Just bought a ranger 225. If the owner is seeing this I'd say Preston needs a raise! Very helpful with getting that beaut in the back of my truck. I'll be back for anything else I need. Thanks for being better than AirGas!”
“My boyfriend and I live in another town in AZ and frequent that town's Home Depot almost daily as he is a remodeling contractor. We came to Flagstaff to do a small job and needed some supplies. I wanted to leave this review because we encountered so many friendly and helpful associates. They seemed to really enjoy people and working there. Our little dog also enjoyed the love she got from some associates, especially the ones who kneeled down and let her give them a little smooch. I believe work culture has a direct impact on efficiency, staff recruitment and retention, and overall customer satisfaction. So props to this Home Depot for great customer service and great culture!”

“I called in and they stayed open so I could purchase my husqvarna parts!! They were super helpful and had all I needed for my husqvarna chainsaw. I did not know that they were an authorized husqvarna dealer. Make sure to go to the store across cracker barrel. Lol, I made that mistake. That store has all the husqvarna parts you need. And if they don't have it they will order it for you. Highly recommend these guys, so helpful and awesome customer service!”
“I had an issue with my LG washer—it developed blue crystals around the barrel of the drum. Unfortunately, LG’s repair technician couldn’t fix it, and I was unable to get it covered under warranty. That’s when I went to the West Side Home Depot, and DJ, the assistant manager, was amazing to work with. He quickly got my refund process started, and John from the washer and dryer department helped me get set up with a new washer.
Both DJ and John went above and beyond, exploring several options to get me a discount, knowing how much trouble I’d been through. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out, especially in a time when good customer service feels rare.
Thank you both for your outstanding help—I truly appreciate your efforts. Well done!”
“It's Flagstaff so if you need a "special part" expect them to offer to order it for you but you are honestly better off ordering it yourself and it will arrive sooner. And by comparison, nothing like Phoenix persay as far as assistance goes, and that's in general across the board. In comparison to the other Flagstaff location here's what I've noticed:
This location has much worse correspondence with customers and if you need help you will have to wander around to locate someone to locate someone else which can take 45 min. Where as the other location staffs more college kids but you are much more likely for someone to ask you if you need help. And believe it or not the college kids assisting you do actually know whatever section or job that's been assigned to them. Not to mention they are much faster at the other location. Now this location seems to be a bit bigger and may have more inventory but I only think that matters if you're just window shopping. Lol
This last time I went I waited over an hour for someone to walk by and ask if I needed help, meanwhile I was on my phone reading information about the product I needed...let me state that it was obvious I needed assistance because I talk out loud, such as "What?! That makes no sense. So then none of these would work.." so you get the point... the employees basically wait for you to run them down and if you do then you exist... if you don't jump in front of them and demand help....forget it.”
“I love HomCo! They really take customer service to the next level. If the employee you ask for help doesn't have the answer to your question, they will find someone who does.”
