Kings House Motor Hotel is a budget hotel offering a very good deal, especially when booked directly on their website. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and were recently remodeled to feel modern and neat. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service. Its location is good for travelers, not far from the town center. A common note is the noise from the frequent trains passing nearby, though some find it unobtrusive. There is also minimal sound insulation between rooms. It is a cheap and cheerful choice, with a small pet fee, and is considered one of the best cheap hotels in Flagstaff.
For the price this place was amazing, is your looking for a budget hotel this is the one. Don't expect it to be fancy or super nice come on look at the price you're paying but the room was clean staff was friendly and location isn't bad

They remodeled the rooms in March, 2025. The room feels modern and neat. I like the place being very clean. The train rumbling actually helped me sleep. There is barely sound insulation between rooms but the cleanliness compensates for this shortcoming.
