The room was large and the a/c was quiet!!! There was a bit of dust in the corners, but I expect that in Arizona. Fridge and microwave in room was convenient, plenty of parking, and an easy walk to supermarket and food options. Beds were comfy, and they allowed us to do our laundry for a fee. I would definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for. It's near everything. It is on the corner of Route 66.Yes, there are trains that go by.It is a busy road. But not bad.
