It turned out that parts installed by another shop were defective and not under warranty — very frustrating — but Juan and the technicians took the time to clearly explain everything and walk us through all of our options. They even sent detailed pictures of the issues, which helped us understand exactly what was going on.
They also found several problems left over from the previous work and gave us honest advice on what should be fixed to avoid bigger issues down the road. We decided to have them redo the prior work using better-quality parts, and the car has never run better since.

“I can’t thank Jeanie, Mike & Cody enough! It was a Saturday and we needed help with a blown hose that caused us to need a 75 mile tow back to Flagstaff. They were able to fix ourJeep and get us back on the road by Sunday. You can’t plan for when the breakdown would happen and if it weren’t for Complete Car Care we would have been waiting days to get back on the road. The fix worked and we have moved on to our next destination.”

“Driving through town on a road trip and our rental car had a low tire, who knew on a Sunday all tire chains are closed. We hit up 3 local gas stations and all 3 had broken air pumps. By this time we are late for the itinerary we set for travel and beyond stressed out. Low tire, check engine light on. Drove past this Valvoline and my husband explained what what need help with and right away the staff was so professional and kind. Put our stress at ease, provided complimentary tire check and set them all to the correct PSI. While they did this we were able to use their bathroom and the facilities and they were very clean. Thank you so much for having phenomenal staff that got this family feeling safe and back on the road 10 stars!!!!!!!!”

“First and foremost, these 1 star reviews are completely false, posted by fellow competition in this small town. Second, with the lowest labor rate in this town, and the busiest shop in town, these guys are top notch. Didn't pay for a steering and suspension check, and got a thorough inspection, and estimate at no cost. No one in this town does that, period. Whoever posts these fake 1 star reviews need to put down their phones and get a life. Best shop in this town by a long shot!!!”
