These guys assured me that I could camp out in my van on the lot, and they would help me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, I was back on the road within a couple hours of opening time! “Driving through town on a road trip and our rental car had a low tire, who knew on a Sunday all tire chains are closed. We hit up 3 local gas stations and all 3 had broken air pumps. By this time we are late for the itinerary we set for travel and beyond stressed out. Low tire, check engine light on. Drove past this Valvoline and my husband explained what what need help with and right away the staff was so professional and kind. Put our stress at ease, provided complimentary tire check and set them all to the correct PSI. While they did this we were able to use their bathroom and the facilities and they were very clean. Thank you so much for having phenomenal staff that got this family feeling safe and back on the road 10 stars!!!!!!!!”
