“Passing through Flagstaff on my way Overlanding across the US. I was told I needed a new starter by two other places in town, but Robert assured me that was not the case. He suggested alternatives for peace of mind; getting a new gel battery which I will be doing. I was actually referred to Ascot by a friend who had lived in Flagstaff with her stating she felt prices were good and their honesty was appreciated and refreshing. Totally agree. Give them a holler if you are in Flagstaff. Thank you Robert!”
“We were out of town when an unexpected tire issue put us in a bit of an emergent situation, and we didn’t know anyone in the area. Soto Brothers Tires took care of us immediately and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Excellent service, friendly people, and very affordable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Flagstaff. He helped me with my wheel bearing the second. I walked in no hesitation, professional people here highly recommend doing business with them.”
“After searching around for a good mechanic for quite some time, I found these guys and they were awesome. They do great work and for a reasonable price! Took my car to a different mechanic a week before and got quoted 2,400 to do a job that these guys quoted me 1,300 for the following week. Obviously, I went with the better offer. They communicated about everything promptly along the way during my repairs, I never had to call to ask for an update. It went a day later than expected because a new part did not get delivered, and they called and told me immediately. That is a big deal to me! That they told me immediately! Honest and straight up. “Was on the 2nd day of a cross country road trip when my bmw told me I had a drive train malfunction. Of course I was between Vegas and with no BMW dealers. Online I found a couple places with good reviews that work on foreign cars. The fist shop I called had a message indicating they were on vaca for several more days. When I called Ken's, Tino answered and assured me I could drive moderately to Flagstaff and he could check it out in the morning. Turned out to be an issue with the sensor. Tino cleared/reset and I headed to Grand canyon. He advised that if it happened again While driving east, I should take it to the dealer in Albuquerque. Unfortunately when I was coming down towards Flagstaff, I found my high beams non functional. It may have been related to the software reset or not. While perhaps Tino should have made sure the reset hadn't interfered with any other electronics, but he did get me back on the road. After spending the night in Flagstaff, I drove to Albuquerque where the did the long overdue software update. Everything has been fine since”

“Cody was really helpful and made sure to walk me through all the issues with my car, describing whether they needed to be fixed right away or they had a little more time on them.
