“Carlos was great! We had a blow out out in the boonies, got a mechanic to change it but we needed a new tire so we took a roll of the dice. These guys are great! Family owned. Professional and friendly. We were out of there with a new tire in under 30 min!”

“On our way back to Utah, our vehicle began shaking. Stopped in at Ascot Automotive to see if they could have a look. Within 24 hours, they had replaced plugs, wires and two ignition coils that had failed. They also performed a fuel induction service. Made it home no problem and the van is running smoother than ever.”

“These guys are pros! They’re kind, knowledgeable honest and professional. They put new upper and lower control arms on my truck 8 years ago and they’re still holding strong! I went in today to get some help on a part and they helped me with no hesitation. Go to them for all your suspension needs!”

“Heath's was one of 5 different shops we took our truck to in the last year, (Rough year). It was one of the best with regards to service, getting us in, and diagnosing/completing the repairs in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the odd pricing: $120 to install a couple of batteries in our truck. I asked them to check out a "clunk" sound in the steering, (which probably took 10min, but no repairs) and they charged nothing, yet... A little online research for some heat shields (no actual work done) cost me $137. Overall, I paid around $680, for two battery installations, and replacement of a single glow plug. I give 'em credit for saving me money on a glow plug control module, as well as reinstalling the wheel-well splash guards properly... No dealer has done that in any of my past visits over the years. We would recommend this shop, they know what they're doing, they're efficient, the shop is clean/organized, and customer service is good.”

“Brake masters are polite and professional. They explain problems, work, and price honestly and effectively. Nothing but good things to say about the work they do, they take good care of our two vehicles. Best way to get your vehicle seen there is to drop it off if you can.Services: Tires”

“These guys are great. They have old school integrity and good customer service. Their prices are the best in town. Wanted to also make note that Travis goes beyond in that job and keeps everything together there. He is a great example of how people should be because he goes that extra mile. They have a great crew. Great place and highly recommend”

“Had my LR2 serviced at Ken’s. Blew a radiator hose so we had them do a complete radiator flush, new hoses, new thermostat and coolant. They reset a code that put the car in limp mode due to coolant contamination on a sensor contact. Not the cheapest but well done and timely. I would recommend Ken’s and I would use again.Jaime”

“I am always very pleased with the immediate attention and customer service I receive at Hurst Firestone. I ended up with a dead battery and they took care of my car as soon as it was towed to their property, had an estimate for me and was able to provide me with a new battery after dropping off the vehicle. They always respond quickly! I was also provided with the NAPA battery that I had requested as I know of the high standards and quality of NAPA products which is important for my vehicle maintenance! I take my vehicle to Hurst Firestone specifically because they supply their vehicles with NAPA products. Two great businesses in one location to take care of my car needs. Thank you, Hurst Firestone for your attentiveness, detail, products, quality and customer service you always provide!Services: Auto battery replacement”

“My van overheated on my trip from Kirkland, WA to Phoenix AZ. I was towed there by AAA who said University Auto was on their list of approved auto repair shops. They were great! I was of course a little freaked out from the whole experience. They explained what they would do and the worse case scenario (which didn't happen thank goodness). They gave me, my passenger and 2 pets with our stuff, a ride to the local Doubletree. They kept me informed of progress and diagnosis of the problem. They worked on and completed the diagnostic and repair quickly given they had a zillion cars they were working on. Got me out of there in a day & 1/2 (towed there Monday afternoon, repair done by Wednesday am). Relatively expensive (but what isn't). But they were great - I was very satisfied with their service. If I was in Flagstaff and needed auto work done I'd go there for sure.”

“Nothing short of an excellent experience with this shop. In a community that is severely lacking in skilled tradesman in all areas we are lucky to have an honest locally owned transmission specialist like this in town! As a small local business owner myself, im extremely greatful for their knowledge, skills, and communication through my dealings with them in getting my car fixed. The office staff is polite, informative, and professional, the techs are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do, and my car was in good hands from the minute I dropped it off. Id recomend them to anybody in a heartbeat!”

“Drove from Phoenix to AZ Snowbowl to view the fall foliage, and when I got back into Flagstaff my engine light came on. Went to Flagstaff Auto Repair to get it checked out. Howard took the time to diagnose the problem, explain what needed to be done to prevent the problem in the future, and got me back on the road safely. Thanks Flagstaff Auto Repair!!”
