“We were out of town when an unexpected tire issue put us in a bit of an emergent situation, and we didn’t know anyone in the area. Soto Brothers Tires took care of us immediately and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Excellent service, friendly people, and very affordable. We’re so grateful they were there when we needed help. Highly recommend!”
“Honest, nice, and they actually communicate.
They communicated about everything promptly along the way during my repairs, I never had to call to ask for an update. It went a day later than expected because a new part did not get delivered, and they called and told me immediately. That is a big deal to me! That they told me immediately! Honest and straight up. Anthony was amazing, along with the mechanics behind the scenes I didn't get to meet, a big thank you ?. You wont be disappointed with their service.”
“Great employee’s. Anthony answered all my questions, with professional attitude. My tires were torqued properly,by torque wrench and not torque sticks. I will return!!!”
“Awesome tire business in town that really delivered on the 4 new tires for the jeep . They really went above and beyond in helping get Rick the absolute best price on the tires . Thanks for the great customer service too ! Everyone raves about the jeep . Have a blessed day 😇!”
“They were able to fit us in last minute on a long road trip and correct a huge mistake done by an RV shop in Vegas. Our new tires were all out of balance, but they got us squared away. Very thankful! These guys are experts at what they do and would use them again if we lived in the area!”
“Our motorhome had a tire failure on N bound I-17.The folks at Southern Tire Mart found us a replacement worked with us and the towing company to get us back on the road fast. Great customer service and work. Will use them again for regular service if in the N AZ area.”
“Mario and the air check guy really seemed to care about the tire mishap I was involved in and to correct the poor service I received elsewhere. These guys are professionals and will work with you to your satisfaction instead of selling you what you don't need.”
“These people helped me like no other!
Driving through Sedona, I got a flat tire and just barely made it into Flagstaff. I dropped my car off at their garage on a Sunday, and by 9:00 AM Monday morning, it was fixed and I was back on the road.
The professionals here handled everything with incredible friendliness, politeness, and efficiency. I can’t recommend this place enough!”
“Meredith, Michael and Colton were absolutely amazing! After traveling all day to get back home to the valley we got a flat tire a mile from the Flagstaff Sam’s Club, they went above and beyond in helping us get back on the road to travel back home to the valley. They honored our warranty with them! Thank you so very much!!!”
“On a stop over on my road trip I experienced some overheating issues with my truck. Being 2500 miles away from home and on a schedule to get back I was worried. Stopped in to Randy’s to see if they could help. They understood my situation, fit me in and 2 hours later I was on my way and with a VERY reasonable bill. From the gentleman at the desk who got things started to the mechanic who did the work (sorry I can’t remember names) I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The shop is located at the end of RT 66 and within walking distance of the famous strip that allows for a pleasant way to kill time. Thanks Randy’s for keeping us in the road and helping avoid what could have been a nightmare so far away from home.”
“Our vehicle broke down on our way to another town and ended up being towed to their shop which wasn’t expecting us. After call from insurance went to call center which wasn’t forwarded to them. They were surprised but let us leave our vehicle there tell they could look at it on Tuesday. They found the problem and got our vehicle back up and running. They were nice and fast with what had to get done.”

“Cody was really helpful and made sure to walk me through all the issues with my car, describing whether they needed to be fixed right away or they had a little more time on them.
My mom uses Heath’s in Cottonwood and they’re great, and my girlfriend and I will be using Heath’s in flagstaff for everything from now on.
Thanks again.”
