“Off my old beater, I mounted two tires on wheels and took them to Discount to get balanced. They did it no problem. Just beware they charge $40 for a "4-wheel balance" even if you only take in 2 wheels. Next time I'll have to take in all 4 at the same time.”

“The staff at Discount Tire are so helpful and caring! My daughter was in a car accident that totaled her vehicle for which she had just had four new tires put on. The situation was difficult for many reasons and my daughter wanted to keep the tires for sentimental reasons to use on a replacement vehicle. Discount Tire staff and management not only took the tires off of the totaled vehicle but let her keep them at their store for several days until she was able to get her replacement vehicle. They even took off the step ups of the car so she could keep those as well! When she got her replaced vehicle, they put the tires back on for her, wrapped the old tires up in plastic and put them in the back of her vehicle for her. I am so thankful for Discount Tires' staff. They went above and beyond with service, care and empathy of the situation. I will always use Discount Tire for my tire needs.”

I told him that my tire was wobbly and he tried to save me money where he could, but I ended up getting 4 new tires with a spare because of the service!
