“We hosted an overnight wedding here and everything was perfect! The staff were super friendly from beginning to plan to cleaning up. We are so grateful we found the perfect outdoor forest venue that was away from town enough to be very quiet and peaceful but still very easy to get to. Highly recommend this spot for your event or just an overnight stay. ?”
“We had our wedding at The Gardens at Viola's in early November and they did an absolutely stunning job. The location is perfect, the venue is lovely and the bridal suite is wonderful to get ready in.
We worked very closely with Jessie, one of their wedding planners, and cannot imagine having such a wonderful day if she was not involved. We gave her all of our decorations, a vague idea of what we were hoping for and she ABSOLUTELY blew us away with the event space that she created. She made the entire planning process stress free, ensuring that all of our vendors were on the same page and prepared.
Jessie ensured that the day went smoothly and that it was stress free for us. Our wedding was perfect, and so much of that is due to Jessie and her team.
We wholeheartedly recommend Viola's and Jessie!! Five stars is not enough for how amazing they are!

“Had the most wonderful time staying at this hotel. Housekeeping is excellent. Front desk representatives were very friendly and helpful. Probably 1 of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely tell all my family and friends where to stay when in Flagstaff. We will absolutely stay there again.”
“I hesitate to review this little gem in the woods because I don't want it to get out how lovely, stylish, and comfortable Little America Hotel is. I stayed here as part of a conference. When I walked into the hotel lobby, which is also the entrance to the conference area, I was pleasantly surprised! The foyer and lobby area is gorgeous, offset by a huge stone fireplace that adds a rustic warmth to the lobby. The gift shop has unique, interesting, and well-crafted items, many of which are locally made. The conference facility is beautiful and the staff was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I experienced two meals offered as part of the conference: one was a buffet for a cocktail hour. I only tried a few items, deviled eggs and an asparagus bruschetta that was delicious! The bartenders were fun and friendly and fast! The breakfast was only average, but it hit the spot. The coffee was nice and hot and strong, which is not often the case at big events! My room? The size of a one-bedroom apartment. According to one employee, this hotel took advantage of the lockdown during the pandemic and completely remodeled the entire place. And it shows. My room had unique, rustic furniture but yet was updated, modern, and very comfortable. Another one of those "don't want to leave" walk-in showers made up a good portion of the bathroom. Honestly, it felt like a suite to me. Features in-room included quality coffees and a Keurig machine and even a steam iron for those pesky travel wrinkles! All of the lodge-like buildings are connected by a first-floor walkway that gets you back to the restaurant and lobby. You'll find a gym, and, I'm told, a hot tub, but I didn't think to bring a suit. I'm also told there is a nicely paved walking path throughout the property. My only complaint was the light meal I purchased for dinner from the restaurant. Drawing on the delicious bit of bruschetta I had during happy hour, I ordered an appetizer of assorted bruschetta. It was nothing like what I've had in the past (nor nothing like what I had during that conference happy hour). I was so disappointed b/c I was hungry and too tired to walk back to the restaurant to get something different. BUT, I'm sure other offerings in the restaurant, which focused on American-style fare, would have been better than what I chose. All in all? I'm putting this on my "must recommend" list for anyone visiting the Flagstaff area, and plan to come back, myself, for a longer stay.”
“Had a child’s birthday party at Summit Gymnastics and Autumn was fantastic with the way she spoke to the children in how she explained the ‘rules’, she coordinated games that the children loved, and provided free time to play. The birthday party area was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Thank you Autum for providing such amazing service to our group! “E” had the best day!”
“Serendipity was perfect for my wife and I to have our wedding at. We truly couldn't picture a better setting. The staff was also impeccable, competent, and attentive. Jessie was our wedding planner, and we couldn’t recommend her more. She took so much stress off our shoulders from start to finish, from dealing with all the vendors to making sure everyone had what they needed the day of. She even sewed a groomsman's suit minutes before the wedding started. We couldn't have done it without her. The attention to detail made the wedding picture perfect and exactly what we had in mind. We highly recommend the venue as a whole and if you're looking to get married in Flagstaff this is the place for you!”
“Dawn was great to work with. She made the process quick and easy. The room itself is beautiful and you are welcome to decorate as you see fit. Not having to put the table and chairs away is a big time saver.”

“The Food was Off-the-Charts fantastic, it smelled delicious, it looked delicious, it WAS delicious!!Service was great too, in spite of understaffing the Bar.Bathrooms were nice and clean. Will return,PeteSki”
“Stayed in a Queen room. Loved it! Very clean. Spacious for a historic hotel room. Enjoyed the photos in the hall depicting early Flagstaff. Having traveled by train, I appreciate the close proximity to the train station. However, that is not for everyone if quiet is your desire. Love the Weatherford!”
“Amazing service. Front desk will help you anyway they can. Rooms are neat and organized. Breakfast has a large selection of choices (bacon was perfected). Never disappoint.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff we encountered were so much kinder and more professional than usual, and the hotel was nicer than expected. (Note for the record that I've been Titanium or Platinum Elite for many years so I've stayed in many Marriott hotels).
The rooms were stylish and nicely arranged/furnished, and we appreciated that true to the name the hotel actually has a courtyard: a very pleasant one with a fire pit for cold winter nights and plenty of seating to relax.
Great place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon but also getting to enjoy good restaurants and downtown Flagstaff's nightlife!”

“Clean rooms, updated furnishings. Front desk service was good, nice and welcoming. Only issue is the car charger isn't working which is a big deal when traveling by electric car on a road trip.”
“Wonderful Stay at Embassy Suites Flagstaff!
I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Flagstaff right before Christmas, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and personal during the holiday season.
I really enjoyed the evening happy hour — such a great touch — and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that feels this fresh and generous. The whole stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.
I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Flagstaff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, great amenities, and a genuinely pleasant hotel experience.”
“Loved the Halloween theme maze. They had a scavenger hunt which was fun to do. A lot of photo ops for cool pictures. Dog friendly which is a plus. Pumpkins everywhere and all had the price under. They also have trees and flowers for sale. Very cool place for small children to enjoy. All staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be there.”
