Car Wash in Fountain Hills, AZ

“Friday morning I went to wash all the dust & dirt off my SUV after the dust storm here in FH. Lots of people with the same idea so the line was long for the auto wash. The owner, Grant was there doing maintenance and checking on things. He was handing out towels as a courtesy for waiting and comped my wash because the machine wouldn’t read my card. I like seeing that a business owner takes pride in their facility and making sure that things are working properly. Thank you Grant for your generosity and exemplary customer service! We’ll be back soon!”

“I was at this place, and I had my laser level out of my truck and I just realized that everything in that place is perfectly level, which is just I mean, it's normal for everything to be level. But it's just I like to see that.Anyway, so i've used my card to do.The car wash and when I turned the knob I turned it off.You know what i'm saying that I thought that that would turn the money thing off, I turned the thing off.But I didn't hit the stop button. You have to hit the stop.Button in order for it to stop charging. You, I got hit for twenty five bucks. But the guy was cool, what I called him and told him what happened. He refunded the money to me or he was willing to I gotta call him back but he was totally cool about it.But just so you know, when you use the car, wash and use your card. You have to hit the stop button fyi”

“I was on my way out of town in Fountain Hills and it was early and I looked up car wash and I went to the Circle K thinking that that was the car wash not seeing Francis and Son car wash so I proceeded through the car wash Circle K came over here to the vacuums. They weren’t on right away, but it wasn’t 7 o’clock either so one 7 o’clock rolled around. Steve came out and he asked me where I washed my car at and I didn’t realize that it was different than Francis and Son so he actually let me vacuum my car out for free. He was very nice man. Give me a rag to dry off my car nice clean place here. The vacuums work excellent good job guys. Thank you for letting me vacuum my car.
This was on July 3”
