“I came in here with a rental earlier this morning with concerns the car wouldn't get clean. Jake assured me it would, and went the extra mile for me. For the other staff the small interactions I had were pleasant and friendly. The facility was clean, the wash was quality and the vacuums worked extremely well. Did I mention how fantastic Jake is? He mentioned he was the general manager at this location, this man needs a bonus. His customer service skills went beyond me as I saw him. Helping other customers with an amazing attitude. “I have a pass and when I drive up to the pay spot I about just drive right up and wash begins. Then vacuum and air and towels are all there for my use. And before wash starts I can get a smell good refresher. And with a monthly subscription I can do this every day if I choose. So yea I do like Raceway”

“Great place to go and get my ride cleaned up and shining like new. I like the Laserwash bays. Gets my car clean in a flash. I just wish there was a bit more drying time, but hey, bring a towel and drive over to the drying area and finish with a little detail work. Always clean and reasonable prices.”

“Please instruct your employees to NOT allow vehicles into the car wash too close to the vehicle ahead of them. The last time I used your car wash the vehicle behind me was instructed to drive in too close to my car which prevented the brushes to not clean the back of my vehicle because the other car was too close. This is the second time this has happened. The cars need more spacing.”

“I am very particular about my car and usually I try to always wash it home. But I’m traveling for work and the car was just way too dusty after the storm yesterday. I saw this automatic that was touch-less, and decided to give it a go.
Wow!!! That just did an incredible job! If I lived closer, this would be a weekly stop.”
