“Ok. So where do I start? We have been a loyal Sami Jewelry client for nearly 15 years. Probably more….this is my first review of their business, for a really notable experience this time. My wife wanted her wedding ring upgraded with a couple more diamonds (that we owned) and wasn’t sure what would be the best way to add them for the best “pop”! Well, Stephanie Lochner, the store Mgr. came to the rescue …..rose to the occasion, knowing that my wife was scared to death to leave the ring and nonetheless worried about how her ring would look with the addition of these extra stones. Stephanie assured us that she would “go to work” and get a few drawings of what she thought would look grand, and get them to Rene’ the jeweler to approve as well. After reviewing several pencil drawings and some back and forth, we agreed on a plan. Well, the outcome……..my wife’s words when we picked up the ring today, “I’m over the moon!” Stephanie is a fabulous communicator, and even better jewelry designer. Her ring looks like a brand new piece. The transformation was breathtaking!!!
