“I’ve been fallowing Ethan on TikTok for some time. I reached out him about a month ago and asked if he wouldn’t mind taking a look at my engagement ring. My husband had upgraded my diamond to a larger one. I took it to a local jeweler who completely messed up my ring and I was very upset over it. Ethan took a look at all the photos I had sent him and basically came up with a plan to redesign a whole new head custom made for my new diamond. I sent my ring to him the next day! From the design process to presentation I can’t say enough how impressed, elated, and just down right over the moon with how my ring turned out. Ethan and his team did such a beautiful job! “We have had a pendant created and a ring repaired at Maya's. Their prices are fair, their work is impeccable. My father was so happy they were able to decrease the size of his wedding ring and put the texture back on it (as after 50+ years of wearing it the texture has worn off in places. I went in with an oddly large stone and exact description and crude drawing of what i wanted as a simple pendant. They were able to interpret my idea, asking questions along the way and created my simple but stable pendant in just a few weeks. It was very important that this large stone sit flat when worn, but light could get through the sides, because the stone changes color in different lighting. But I wanted it to look simple from the front. This work was done before c-vid but i never got around to reviewing them”

“I called their store at 5:38 pm today. The friendliest gentleman answered my question about a potential repair to my watch and invited me to stop by, even though they close at 6 pm. When I arrived just minutes after hanging up, he was very welcoming at my arrival. He offered to take a look at my watch immediately. It took less than two minutes and the repair was complete! I was amazed! He certainly exceeded my expectations on all fronts! This seems to be a small mom and pop shop, tucked away in a shopping center and I'm so glad I found this gem!”
