I called some auto shops in the area trying to see who could help me ASAP and Big Os said i could drop my car off that night and theyd work on it the next day, let me know what they recommend and get it done by the next day. Jason took all my calls and worked with me the whole time. What made Big Os stand out to me is their availability for walk ins and the fact they dont charge for a smoke test. I called another place before them in fountain hills and they said itd be $177 for a smoke test to see whats wrong and then problem resolution could range from $500-$1000!Big O’s doesnt charge for smoke tests, they replaced my fuel cap for $40 and I passed my emissions test.THANK YOU.”
