“Would give 1000 stars if I could! Tom, the managers and his staff were attentive, polite, and worked at the speed of light to help us get back on the road! We flew in from out of town to go to the Mayo Clinic for my mother. Our rental had a flat, it was HOT as hell out, we knew no one, and we had no time to mess around! Tom and his team at Big O Tires, got us right in & took care of us in minutes! They went above and beyond, especially Tom, to help us out. Within minutes we were all patched up and back on the road.

“Buying tires is not usually an event that I would review. Today was an exception. Discount Tire in Fountain Hills, AZ gave me first class treatment. I found the Michelin tires that I wanted, online, for my Lexus RX350. I ordered them online on Thursday and scheduled installation for Saturday morning at 8am. I received a courtesy call from Austin on Friday morning confirming my appointment time, and that my tires were at the store. I arrived and found a parking spot reserved with my name and appointment time. Within an hour, I was leaving. I also had my (failed) tire pressure monitors replaced at 1/4 of the cost of the Lexus dealership quote, and an alignment. The waiting area was cool and clean, with cold bottled water available. If you need tires or service, I would recommend checking Discount Tire in Fountain Hills. This was my first visit, but it will not be my last. Great staff and atmosphere. Thank you!”
