“Would give 1000 stars if I could! Tom, the managers and his staff were attentive, polite, and worked at the speed of light to help us get back on the road! We flew in from out of town to go to the Mayo Clinic for my mother. Our rental had a flat, it was HOT as hell out, we knew no one, and we had no time to mess around! Tom and his team at Big O Tires, got us right in & took care of us in minutes! They went above and beyond, especially Tom, to help us out. Within minutes we were all patched up and back on the road.
