“I came into the Super Star Car Wash today because I had a liquid spill in my front passenger carpet and mat area. Yuliza helped me get in contact with Justin who helped answer all my questions about getting the carpet and mats cleaned. He also quoted how much the services would cost and getting me special attention have the carpet extra clean. Yuliza went above and beyond to help me have a wonderful experience here today and added in some perks for me. “Inflation has hit car washes. They have raised their prices a little, but stars always a great place to get your car washed to itself. They also supply air now for your tires, which is a great thing. They went down to one vacuum though to have two vacuums per pod now just one which I understand because he had but other than that great place.”

“We recently had our windshield replaced and our sticker was removed. We went to another Super Star Car Wash to get a replacement and although we were reassured that it would work, it didn't. We went back to that location and were informed that we didn't have an active subscription and they couldn't find our pre-paid annual pass. After leaving rather disappointed, we went to the location at Riggs and Val Vista and asked for help, since we saw another reviewer had posted that Rey resolved a similar issue.We were delighted to see Rey there and after we explained what happened, he resolved our issue quickly. He found our pre-paid subscription and associated it with the sticker and license plate. We've been back a few times since and haven't had any issues getting our car washed. Thank you, Rey! “Geoff and the team did an awesome job on both trucks that I have owned. They are very fair with pricing and stay in great communication with you. Before they start they address your needs and wants and always do an amazing and detailed job. After the job was done he went over the car with me and made sure that I was happy before I took off. Since this listing implies the car wash is open when it’s not, I arrived around 6:30 AM. No attendant was there. But, eager to expedite the transaction, Andrew soon rushed over. I hadn’t even been the first there that day. He said the car wash opens at 7 AM, when the main attendant would be there, and he had already helped a customer.

Andrew seemed to put a little more time than most into the initial rinse. Before I drove away, not thinking to check first, I asked about spots on the sunroof. He asked if they were on the inside, and they were. So, he ran to get a cloth, more fully dried a few windows, and handed me the damp cloth so I could touch up the sunroof.

From start to finish, Andrew was the most genuine, dedicated, and serviceable I’ve ever seen in his role, not to mention many others! Andrew exemplifies his word, going above and beyond.

Otherwise, I usually do the basic but this time I did the second level. The result was more thorough than the last time I did this level at another car wash.

Although I don’t yet know how the main attendant at this car wash compares to Andrew, I know where I’m returning to, eager to see how it goes.”

“Had Scott from Showcase detail my car for the first time earlier this week. He is very enjoyable to talk with and very passionate about his company. Since both his trucks were busy, he came to my house to pick up my car to detail. He did an excellent job on detailing my car's exterior, interior and engine. He made me feel like a VIP by providing an ceramic coating at no extra charge. I also know he enjoyed driving my VW GTI with a six speed manual to his shop and back to my house.”

“Great place to wash your car they have towels for you to dry your car at the end to get all the water spots off for detailing, air for your tires, air for inside of your car vacuums with great section this is all included in your wash price so no extra fees. Also they give you a moist cloth for inside your car and an air freshener. I have to say Wilbur is amazing, an amazing employee. “At first, I had a problem with Jackson car wash on Gilbert and I wasn’t happy. I was very dissatisfied, but a manager named Sam came along and he fixed every problem that we had Sam My family and I truly appreciate you because you went far and beyond and did everything you could to make this right by us we will continue to use Jackson’s car wash and detailing from now on all because of Sam if Sam was not there, I would no longer do business with you guys but again Sam made it right and he made us believe in Jackson car wash again, again I truly appreciate you Sam for everything that you did for my family and I, Jackson car wash you need to always keep Sam in charge of this car wash because he’s a very good manager. “This used to be a Rinse and Ride. I had some problems with the switch. They charged me for 3 cars when I only have 2. Then they locked me out after resolving the first issue. The wash itself is good and I feel like my car is more clean than the previous owners. So far I'm satisfied with the wash and customer service here.”

“This was an impressive touchless wash. Free vacuums are such a relief. Very spacious bays. The bad reviews are so entertaining. I’m not associated with this car wash or the owners, just a guy that realizes the obvious. It is a touchless wash so no it won’t totally wipe off some bugs or other marks. Go to the brush ones, no bugs in exchange for scratched paint. Turtle products are good well known products. You can get chemical guys, meguiars at Walmart too. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad brand. Posting a pic of brake dust that is hard to get off then complaining the wash didn’t do it lol people drive off without doing a final wipe down then complain there is dried water on their car. I used the wash, pulled to the other bays, dried the remainder of my car, and used my chemical guys spray to get the last spots clean. Left happy in a good mood with a positive experience. “This is the best value car wash in my opinion. This car wash is set behind a gas station so it doesn't seem too busy. First off the gentleman that assists you at the start of the wash was very nice. He power washed both sides of my truck even before I enter the wash. All the equipment seemed to be taken care of and it was clean. There are free rags to use as well as vacuums you have to turn on manually. Overall great value experience!”

“I come here to get my car washed, vacuumed out and wiped out on the inside also. I get the Premium Package. They are friendly and do a good job. This location has full services and has a large inside waiting area. It’s not nearly as comfortable though as the previous location I used in Chandler on Alma School Road. Not much help inside either. I do like my clean car! Thanks all!!”

“Greetings,

This evening I went to the car wash in AZ off of Ellsworth & Pecos, with the intent to just get a car wash and go about my evening.

When I approached the station to pay for my wash, I was greeted by a very friendly young gentleman who demonstrated superb customer service.
While engaging in conversation, he asked about my day and really cared about his customer. I didn’t intend on purchasing a membership, but his thorough explanation of all the benefits it has to offer, convinced me otherwise.

After completing the registration and purchase of my wash, I proceeded on and got the wash. Afterwards, I decided I may as well vacuum my car and give it a wipe down inside.

Since I’m here, I may as well run into the store and get some waters for my daughter since she’s close to being done with practice for the evening.
Entering the store, I was greeted by a young a woman who enthusiastically welcomed my presence and took pride in greeting all of her customers that entered.

What caught me off guard was the diligent cleanliness of the store, followed by every shelf neatly organized.
Let’s not forget to mention the background music was pleasant, complete with no atrocious “food” smell.

It was a very pleasant shopping experience to say the least.
While purchasing my items, the representative up front was just as engaging as the young gentleman at the wash station.

You’re probably wondering why someone would leave such a positive review, or go out of their way to send an email. You see, it’s not often we come across employees who thoroughly enjoy where they work, nor take pride in their work. This evenings encounter, proved otherwise.

As a customer who visits the wash station frequently at another Cobblestone location, I can tell you that each time I’ve visited a Cobblestone, I am treated with the utmost respect and gratitude by each employee .
I applaud each team member I have encounter, and future employees I will encounter.

So as a customer, I thank you for giving your employees superior training. It’s being used and exemplified.
