Out of the other branches in the area I've had the least amount of issues with this one. They still have issues picking up the phone no matter when you call, but that seems to be a common occurrence with chase, but at least when i drive up there they can actually help me.

Happy & friendly branch is NOT inside Fry's , but in the parking lot . Helpful staff & easy to get my banking done easily here.
