Over the last few months the customer service at this branch has plummeted. My last few visits I have only encountered rudeness. I want to specifically mention the notary on site, she was very rude and dismissive so I left. I will be using another branch location from now on.

I really like this location, the staff is super friendly and always call me by name like they know me. I go out of my way to go to this location over others. They are super quick too.

I visited the chase bank after the S Higley was closed. People are so nice and helpful to me. They tries their best to assist me even though my requests are small and easy for them. And I got to see my old friend CC.
