The automation doesn’t always give you the subscription service you pay for. Today I went through four times, got the basic service each time instead of the service I’m subscribed to and gave up.

Very unsatisfied lately with the full service cleaning of our vehicles. Your employees are not vacuuming under floor mats and wheels are still full of grime after the detail is finished.
