“I was having trouble with my gift card not working, I called different locations, went to the website, called the help number but to no avail. I went in to see if i could get help in person- Nia showed above and beyond patience as she tried to get my card to work and helped me find the digits to check the balance. She helped me download the app and that did the trick so i could finally use the gift card!! 10/10 customer service”

“This clean spacious gas station always empty it seems. The most money spent on gas for my Audi EVER. Shell has always been my favorite station for over 20 years but usually the one on Riggs and Alma School .But this one does not provide receipts and I despise stations that do not provide receipts unless I go in. I got no time for that.”

“Been a Jackson’s member for years now and usually frequent the North Scottsdale/Tempe locations… let me tell you… the service and attention to detail here is beyond impressive (sorry boys at other locations).
Being welcomed by Isiah was awesome, just a nice guy. After the wash… I pulled into lane (5) and was welcomed by Kayla… who is a customer service gangster. Not only did she/they pay extra attention to detail in and out of my truck… she made it a point to make my exit as it should be… with professionalism and a smile.
Great job overall, and highly recommend this location.”
“This was an impressive touchless wash. Free vacuums are such a relief. Very spacious bays. The bad reviews are so entertaining. I’m not associated with this car wash or the owners, just a guy that realizes the obvious. It is a touchless wash so no it won’t totally wipe off some bugs or other marks. Go to the brush ones, no bugs in exchange for scratched paint. Turtle products are good well known products. You can get chemical guys, meguiars at Walmart too. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad brand. Posting a pic of brake dust that is hard to get off then complaining the wash didn’t do it lol people drive off without doing a final wipe down then complain there is dried water on their car. I used the wash, pulled to the other bays, dried the remainder of my car, and used my chemical guys spray to get the last spots clean. Left happy in a good mood with a positive experience. Thank you!”

“I come here to get my car washed, vacuumed out and wiped out on the inside also. I get the Premium Package. They are friendly and do a good job. This location has full services and has a large inside waiting area. It’s not nearly as comfortable though as the previous location I used in Chandler on Alma School Road. Not much help inside either. I do like my clean car! Thanks all!!”
