Overall a good experience. However, the tech broke/damage one hub cub and the store manger wanted me to pay for it ($65) if they order it for me. Ordered it/installed it myself for $15. This experience is making me think twice about using them before my next tire replacement.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for service. Again! The work done was fine, but I am put off when you get there early, then have to wait 1/2 hour past your appointment time for the vehicle to even move!
