“This Big o has always had my back. Recent issues with my vehicle they recommended videotaping it. Let them know exactly what was going on. I towed it in and they were right on it getting it fixed. They both called and texted me to keep me in the loop. Found the parts I needed at a price I could do. Got it fixed and me back on the road. I've used this big o for years .”
“My tire ended up with a nail in it causing a flat as I was driving on the 101 northbound yesterday evening. When I brought the tire into big O tire today, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They took on my tire, even though they already had 20 cars to repair and took care of the repair in record time. Jerry, my service tech, was super Awesome and he did the repair for free since I carried the tire into them. I can’t tell you how blown away I was by this location!!! I would not only recommend this location, I will definitely be visiting here again for any of my tire needs.”
“I needed new tires before a long trip. Don worked me in 15min before closing. He compared all my tire choices and helped me decided on the best choice. Truck was completed in a half hour and the team provided me updates during the process. Great tire buying experience. Go see Don at Discount Tire for your tire needs!”
“My tire had been leaking air and I kept having to fill it back up every few days. I decided to see if there was a tire shop open today and most were closed but not Big O. Not only did they get my tire fixed, I learned they do flat tire repairs for FREE. Best believe that made my day. They were also relatively quick considering how busy it was. Fast and friendly, can't ask for much more. Also there's a cool coffee shop close to it so worth the drive and wait.”
“Giovanni was great, the price was excellent and everyone who worked on my car was quick and efficient. Outstanding service. I have just made Discount Tires my home. See you next month.”
