He showed me a variety of rims in the price range I requested and I picked out, with his recommendation, a set of wheels that were perfect for my car. He even gave me a Veterans discount. They installed my rims a few days later when they came in and the install was very quick. I will be doing business with them again.”

“I was trying to get to a party and didn't realize my tire was flat until too late. I limped it over to Costco to try to get some air in it and it wouldn't fill up. I managed to get the attention of one of the employees- Caden- and he immediately took my car into the shop, talked me through everything, put on my spare tire for me for free, was so kind and patient, gave me all the instructions and advice and sent me on my way. Such amazing service and I am so grateful for his help! 100 stars. (I was only an hour late to the party!)”

“My tire had been leaking air and I kept having to fill it back up every few days. I decided to see if there was a tire shop open today and most were closed but not Big O. Not only did they get my tire fixed, I learned they do flat tire repairs for FREE. Best believe that made my day. They were also relatively quick considering how busy it was. Fast and friendly, can't ask for much more. Also there's a cool coffee shop close to it so worth the drive and wait.”

“This was the fastest help on an urgent issue! I needed my sunroof fixed so it would close. I called in on the 17th and they got me in on the 19th. David was awesome help, funny, and nice! Highly reccomend them for any off road or sunroof issue! Learned their are not a lot of places and the dealership is going to rip you off!”
