Couch in room stained pretty bad, ac would not go below 75 and kept shutting off. Breakfast on Saturday was not good, but Sunday was pretty good.

Great location near San tan village. Safe area for any outside visitors. Great front desk staff. They are really nice! They use real plates and silverware for the complimentary breakfast. Bar is a good addition. Nice outdoor pool.

It's a good spot if the location is convenient for you. Not far from the airport nor in all the traffic of downtown. My only complaint is the a/c shut off early morning. For people like me visiting the desert at the beginning of summer from places 20-30 degrees cooler, the a/c must work non-stop.
