“This place is great! They offered a promotion in December and January of a fill-your-bucket for $20 and $15 refills through the end of January. I needed just standard square and rectangle bricks for my 4-year-old son transitioning from Duplos to smaller Legos. I was able to pick out some larger bricks that connected to both Duplos and smaller Legos.”

“We had our wedding at Villa Siena on 4/26/26. It was absolutely beautiful! Many of our guests told us it was one of the best wedding they had been to! We loved that all of our vendors (photographers, dj, flowers, cake, etc) were through the venue. It made everything so much easier for us! All of the vendors were amazing and far exceeded our expectations! It was obvious all of the vendors work at the venue and together regularly because everything was seamless! The food was delicious as well! Everything was just wonderful and I’d highly recommend having your wedding here. Thank you so much for making our special day so perfect and memorable!!”

“I had my reception at Colby Falls 2 weeks ago and it was the best day of my life! Our wedding coordinator, Cecilia, was amazing and made our day run so smoothly. She paid attention to every detail in our meetings leading up to the big day and genuinely was invested in our love story. My husband and I were thrilled to work with her and felt like we gained another friend in the process. The General Manager, Lora, also played a big role in helping our whole day come together. She was very accommodating to our needs throughout the planning process and expressed her happiness multiple times to help. The entire staff was so kind and truly made the day feel about us. We have had multiple friends and family reach out and say how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had at the reception! We also could not have asked for a better DJ than Matt from Direct Sounds. He brought an incredible energy that had all our guests on the dance floor the entire night which was very important to us. I even emailed him with a last minute change to the music the day before our wedding and he easily made the switch. You want to be surrounded by loved ones on your wedding day and we felt so loved and cared for by everyone working at Colby Falls!”
“I cannot say enough great things about Modern Moments. The venue is gorgeous and they have a lot of extra items that made our day unique and fun (fire pits and yard games). But hands down the best part of this venue is the staff. I worked with Marty during planning and she made the whole thing a breeze and brought my vision to life. Each worker that worked the day of was also extremely sweet and professional. I hope to be back here for future special events.”
“My wife and I held our baby shower at The Prickly at the end of May and we have nothing but praise for Meghan and her venue. While we didn't get our preferred date on a Saturday (due to high demand), the Sunday we had was a blessing in disguise. Meghan was gracious enough to let us into the venue a few hours earlier than the scheduled time and we needed every minute of it for set-up and decoration.
The venue itself was pristine and came furnished with multiple tables and chairs. We did end up bringing additional tables and chairs to accommodate all of our guests, but the limitations were explicitly stated during the initial agreement. Additionally, the price itself was much more affordable compared to other venue/event spaces.
Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely host at The Prickly Porch again!”

The Acre came through for us and we were able to reserve the venue on short notice because they genuinely empathized for our situation. “Such a beautiful little gem tucked away in a quiet area. The backdrop have a beautiful lake with trees and grass and there's even a pool but far enough away from the actual building that it's doesn't disrupt the events or show up in pictures. Great space for meetings, birthdays, celebrations, and weddings.”

“Fantastic place for travelers. Great rooms, with a large layout. Laundry room (paid) has multiple washers and dryers so there will never be a line. Breakfast is free and has a large selection of freshly cooked hot items. Lobby is also really nice.”

“I’d say it is pretty much the perfect clubhouse as far as amenities go and the kids love the lagoon. I just wish the lagoon was a little more clean than it currently is I understand they just got done with repairs so all in all awesome place.”
